Private family home minutes from Siesta Key & Turtle Beaches

Great 1950's house on a beautiful private cul-de-sac that is only 12 minutes from Siesta Key Beach! Walk in from the front entrance and you're greeted with a large living space that flows into the kitchen and dining area. Off of the kitchen is a sun-room with accessible washer and dryer. Back inside the house and down the hallway you'll find the shared full bathroom with a large vanity for storage. There are two bedrooms available for guests, each with their own large closets and dressers. The master bedroom does have its own full bath too! There is a playpen/pack-n-play, highchair, and some baby/toddler toys available! Beach chairs are available for use along with a portable charcoal grill for your convenience :)
***Please note that sometimes we have family guests staying in the garage suite. Their stay will not impede on yours- they have their own entrance, bathroom, kitchen and sleeping area, and parking space***

Great comfortable vacation

We came for a short weekend to celebrate a friends wedding. There was a mixup with our reservation (gotta love technology) but Monica handled everything with professionalism and care. We loved the house, very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Such a great location too!

Pictures of property were older but we enjoyed our stay. Quiet neighborhood & close to everything. Really wanted it for next year but weren't offered the opportunity. Couple living in the garage were very nice & never bothered us.

Quaint home in a nice location

Monica was easy to work with, quick at responding, and even provided her cell number Incase we needed anything during our stay. She also left a nice instruction booklet during our stay in Sarasota with suggestions for places to eat and things to do. Her home was lovely, located on a cul-de-sac, in a quiet neighborhood; just a short 15- minute drive to the beautiful white sandy beach of Siesta Key! We will definitely stay here again!
