The location was satisfactory - easy to get to Siesta Key Beach,
and main streets to most attractions, grocery stores and restaurants. The house itself was less than satisfactory although Jerry was quick to replace the rusted out grill. All of the windows are extremely dirty. The back yard was fenced in, nice for safety of our pet, but the backyard is unkempt and unpleasant. The paver brick patio had large weeds growing under the outdoor table (killed with boiling water & pulled by me). Spots of paint all over the narrow cement patio--again looking messy and uninviting. The house itself could be very nice, but it is not. The kitchen had minimal cooking ware and minimal flat ware that was rusty. The kitchen cupboards and drawers have been painted so many times the doors stick or wouldn't stay closed, the drawers stuck and were difficult to open or close. The couch in the family room was stained.
On the positive side, the beds and pillows were comfortable. The bedrooms roomy and bright, 2 flat screen tvs, wi-fi, and no visible bugs.
