We invite you to experience a delightful vacation in this charming one-bedroom rental, ideally located in the heart of downtown Beaver Island. Just a short stroll or bike ride away from the marina, you'll find yourself close to restaurants, shops, entertainment options, and beautiful beaches. The spacious covered deck provides a wonderful view of the harbor by day and serves as a serene getaway for stargazing at night.

Relax and unwind during your stay in this rental. It features a cozy bedroom equipped with a Queen bed, and all linens are provided for your convenience. Enjoy access to a shared laundry facility, as well as complimentary Netflix and Internet during your visit.

Welcome to the historic St. James Boat Shop. Established in 2017, our shop continues the legacy of craftsmanship started by Dan Burton and his family. Since 1985, we have specialized in creating handcrafted cherry wood boats and buckets. If you have any questions or need assistance planning your trip to Beaver Island, we are here to help. We can assist with arranging tours, travel, rentals, and event planning, as well as provide valuable advice for an unforgettable vacation experience. Excellent Hosts and place! Carol was very helpful in telling us what places to see as well as having a car rental spur of the moment so that we could tour the island. The room was great and well equipped. WeLoved our 1st stay on Beaver Island and we will be back.

Location was great; central to town. We loved walking to the local cafe (Wild Strawberry - highly recommend), the grocery store, and the brewery. The property does not have any AC, which is common on the island, but it was a warm weekend and the layout does not take advantage of crosswinds, resulting in a very warm bedroom each night, even with the fans running and windows open. The deck is shared as well which was a bit odd for us as we did not know the occupants of the other units. Some may enjoy the potential socializing but that's not our style.

Very clean, well crafted condo/apartment with everything you need including a second story deck view of the harbor. Very personal service and a ‘we know ya already’ management style. Next door is a popular coffee and breakfast spot and the town grocer is two doors away. I would go back again and happily recommend to others.

Very cute and cozy place in a terrific location! Very close to the ferry dock and restaurants and steps from a great breakfast spot, market and brewery. Rent an e-bike on site and explore the island!
