About this property

This second-floor condo is just steps from the beach! Two bedrooms, one bath, full kitchen with a dining area, and a deck that overlooks the beach.
Please note: This is the ONLY place we list this rental. To avoid scammers, please do not book outside of VRBO.
To get you settled in, there will be a trash bag, a dishwasher detergent pod, and a roll of toilet paper and paper towels upon arrival. Please bring additional for the remainder of your stay.

**Please supply your own linens and towels**

We have Wi-Fi, but do not have cable. We have provided an Amazon Firestick, which allows you to use Netflix and various TV apps.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances (including a dishwasher) and silverware. There is a washer and dryer along with a storage room in the basement for your beach items.

While our unit does not have AC, it is equipped with ceiling fans in each bedroom and the dining area, and we provide additional box fans. The many windows and slider door to our deck allow for a generous cross breeze as well.

Great September Getaway

Me and my Family had a great vacation. Everything was great !!! Location was perfect. Close to everything but far enough away from the party crowds. Highly recommend

Perfect Getaway

Perfect location and condo. We continue to rent this property year after year and it never disappoints. The condo is very well maintained and the owners are quick to respond if you need anything. The location speaks for itself; steps to the beach and a short walk to the pier. We look forward to coming here every year l!

Perfectly Located

Perfectly located for those looking to be away from the noise/bustle of downtown, but still close enough to walk to. Just steps from the beach, we enjoyed sitting on the deck, listening to waves and seeing the ocean while having our meals. Condo was exactly as described in the listing and was pleased to arrive with no cleaning from us needed. Supplied with everything we needed. Some pans need replacing and would like to see a little more kitchen supply inventory. The dishwasher, even after fully rinsing off dishes, didn’t seem to clean very well. Other than those 2 things, we were very happy and will be repeat renters!

Very good location, steps from the beach

We had a wonderful stay. The appartement was clean and well situated. We enjoyed being able to eat on the balcony The weather was hot but at night, the fresh air comes in (no AC) But it wasn’t an issue for us We would come back !

Why they chose this property

We grew up coming to OOB every summer, and always talked about one day owning our own place. The location is perfect: just in between the activity at the pier and Ocean Park, allowing for a quieter stay while still enjoying all OOB has to offer.
