Beachfront Condo steps to 7 mile long sandy beach

Listen to the waves crash from your fully equipped Beachfront condo with large deck located on picturesque Old Orchard Beach. This is a 4th floor condo in the Brunswick building located directly on West Grand Ave and is a short walk to the “center” (amusement park, arcade, restaurants, and shops). Walk for miles on the sandy beach or just relax on your oceanfront deck and watch the sunrise.

There is an elevator for easy access and a door code so you don’t have to worry about losing keys. At the ground level there is a full entertainment restaurant with live bands on the weekends during the off season and mostly every day outside during the peak season with the weather permitting. The Condo includes WiFi, YouTube TV with HBO, and a washer/dryer.

Beach view and sounds of waves crashing are top notch. Balcony is larger than you'd expect with plenty of furniture to sit enjoy the views and vibe. Live entertainment plays in the outdoor restaurant just below the balcony. Condo was very well stocked with everything you need. Cleanliness was top notch. Will stay again when in the area.

Great Condo

Excellent stay at this condo. All was very clean and well equipped with anything we needed. Great view right on the beach. Host was easy to reach out to and instructions were spot on. Will definitely return to this location and this condo.

This review is from a 75 year old and may not apply to younger groups. The rental is clean, well equipped, comfortable and has a million dollar view. It is also located in “party central.” i was aware of this but I also knew that by mid Sept the vibe would calm down. The problem was the renters next door smoked pot from around 9:00pm until after midnight the first 2 nights. The owner nor VRBO could do nothing about it. With the wind blowing off the ocean we got much of their smoke. The result was instead of enjoying the deck and sleeping to the sound of the ocean we went inside and slept with the sliding doors closed. We could have done that for half the price anywhere in America.

OOB is a gem!

This was our time staying in Old Orchard Beach and it won’t be my last. Despite it being winter, waking up to the beach views was the best. Our host had everything prepared for our stay and the condo was spacious and had everything we needed. Thanks for making it so enjoyable!

Lovely beach front condo! Spacious, comfortable, well-equipped. The view was spectacular. Nice and quiet in October.

Amazing Views

We so enjoyed our vacation here; this is our 2nd time. The view of the tide is what we love most. Also we both grew up with music around us so we enjoy the music from the open bar.

The condo is tired and the Brunswick building is disgusting

The property is in a very gross building that looks like it hosted more than one murder based on the stains on the carpet. The unit itself was moderately better. The headboard to the bed was leaning on the wall behInd the bed. There were stains on the carpet. One of the master bedroom doors did not open. The instructions in the unit state to wash and put away your own dishes before leaving but the dishwasher was full of dishes with white fuzzy mold on them so we ended up washing and taking care of someone else''s dishes in order to get our deposit back because we did not use any dishes. There was no hand soap or paper towels and only one-half of a roll of toilet paper -- half a roll!! We grabbed a just-in-case roll from our son's house in the area and left it for the next people. Half a roll!! The whole place had a feeling of dirtiness and it really needs a thorough scrubbing. The kitchen table was even sticky. On the plus side: None of the cleaniness issues are the fault of the owner. Greg is lovely. He was (mostly) very helpful and responsive, which is why I gave the unit 3 stars and not 2; however, I would never recommend this building for anything until it is majorly remodeled. Last thing.... we needed to get to the unit late (10 PM) and leave early (7:45 AM) and it was a MAJOR hassle. We still have the keys to the unit because we HAD to leave for an 8:30 appointment but now we are stuck driving all the way back down to drop off the keys because the office to get and drop off keys is only open a very short amount of time (9 AM-8 PM). There isn't even a passcode box or dropbox to return keys. Very shoddy business practices. Buyer beware.

Overall, it was a good stay. The condo is a nice size. The furniture in the living room could be updated. Bed was comfortable. If you like the beach and listing to bands on the weekend this is the place for you. The bands play right below the condos. You can sit outside the condo and take it all in.It was nice to have a designated parking spot; however, it was tough to get into as it's right next door to a building. The best thing to do is back into the spot. If you have a bigger car/truck you might not be able to get into the spot.

The location was fantastic! Literally on the beach and a 5 minute walk to the pier. The unit was clean and comfortable. The owner was easily reached and responsive. The parking spot is tight and would be tricky for a large SUV or truck. The unit boasts a huge balcony with plenty of seating. The down side… the music. I love live music but it was incredibly loud, starting at 1:00 every day lasting until at least 11pm during the week, 1am on the weekend. Essentially a live concert right outside the back door…. all day long. Forget it if you want a nap before dinner, have a quiet night in, or sit on the balcony listening to the waves or reading a book. I feel the listing should have been transparent about the music situation. If the music wouldn’t be an issue for others, I highly recommend it!

Our stay here was wonderful. Check-in process was simple and easy. The space was clean and exactly as described, beds were very comfortable, and everything expected was provided. If you don’t like music, this may not be the space for you (in the summer season anyway), because it is live, sometimes loud, and goes late into the evening. We knew this going in and we LOVED it! Best seat in the house from the balcony, avoid the crowds downstairs and just enjoy! We let the kids stay up anyway, but their bedroom is in the back, furthest from the balcony, so with the door shut it was quiet enough. Location is fantastic, short walk to many restaurants, pier, playland and of course the beach is just steps away. We had a great time staying here and would love to return sometime!

Great location. A lot to do within walking distance. Right on the beach! Bar & restaurant below. amazing views. we stayed on a Thursday so not sure about the weekend and the noise from the bands but absolute perfection. Would stay there again in a heartbeat! beach in Winter

We beat a HUGE Northern US storm and the owner was kind enough to cancel one night for us. He was easy to contact and responsive. The condo was as described and clean, we saw beautiful sun and moon rises and enjoyed several short trips to Portland. The only problem was getting adjusted to the TV (would have liked instruction) Instructions for leaving would also have been helpful. Enjoyable trip for all.

The view is incredible

We enjoyed our stay in Old Orchard Beach. It was the off season so a lot of things were closed however that meant no crowds. The location of the condo was convenient to visit Portland or Kennebunkport. Being able to watch the sunrise and sit in the sun on the deck was amazing.
