Beachfront Condo steps to 7 mile long sandy beach

Listen to the waves crash from your fully equipped Beachfront condo with large deck located on picturesque Old Orchard Beach. This is a 4th floor condo in the Brunswick building located directly on West Grand Ave and is a short walk to the “center” (amusement park, arcade, restaurants, and shops). Walk for miles on the sandy beach or just relax on your oceanfront deck and watch the sunrise.

There is an elevator for easy access and a door code so you don’t have to worry about losing keys. At the ground level there is a full entertainment restaurant with live bands on the weekends during the off season and mostly every day outside during the peak season with the weather permitting. The Condo includes WiFi, YouTube TV with HBO, and a washer/dryer.

Beach view and sounds of waves crashing are top notch. Balcony is larger than you'd expect with plenty of furniture to sit enjoy the views and vibe. Live entertainment plays in the outdoor restaurant just below the balcony. Condo was very well stocked with everything you need. Cleanliness was top notch. Will stay again when in the area.

Great location. A lot to do within walking distance. Right on the beach! Bar & restaurant below. amazing views. we stayed on a Thursday so not sure about the weekend and the noise from the bands but absolute perfection. Would stay there again in a heartbeat! Overall, it was a good stay. The condo is a nice size. The furniture in the living room could be updated. Bed was comfortable. If you like the beach and listing to bands on the weekend this is the place for you. The bands play right below the condos. You can sit outside the condo and take it all in.It was nice to have a designated parking spot; however, it was tough to get into as it's right next door to a building. The best thing to do is back into the spot. If you have a bigger car/truck you might not be able to get into the spot.

The Brunswick is the place to be. Great location, live bands, direct beachfront access, great restaurant and the condo was clean and updated. We would definitely rent again!

The view is incredible

We enjoyed our stay in Old Orchard Beach. It was the off season so a lot of things were closed however that meant no crowds. The location of the condo was convenient to visit Portland or Kennebunkport. Being able to watch the sunrise and sit in the sun on the deck was amazing.
