Please note, the house is available for LONG TERM off-season rental only, min of 1 month and requires a lease signing. Off-season is October thru April.

This professionally landscaped 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home is situated on a 1/2 acre in an extremely quiet cul de sac in the highly desirable North side of 6A in Dennis Village area. Our home has fresh Pottery Barn/cottage style furnishings. Open floor plan kitchen/living area with cathedral ceiling and featuring a 65 inch TV with multiple streaming services over the gas fireplace. Digitally controlled Central Air conditioning to keep you comfortable on the hottest days! Downstairs layout features open floor plan living room/gorgeous chef's kitchen/dining room and sliding glass door out to deck and backyard. First floor laundry with half bath and master bedroom/bath/walk-in closet are also on first floor. Upstairs, you will find 3 additional bedrooms and a full bath with tub. The kids room has two twins with two trundles. The other two bedrooms have queen size beds, one with a large desk and chair. Back yard oasis features cedar outdoor shower, deck equipped with dining table for 8, club chairs, and grill, and plenty of area to play and enjoy the beautiful Cape Cod summer weather. Gorilla swing set to entertain the kids! Home includes usage of lots of kids toys and an adult's bike. Mayflower, Chapin's, Bayview, and Corporation Beaches are all close by, as is a playground, ice cream parlor, doughnut shop, Dennis Playhouse, and Dennis Market. We do recommend that you explore the beaches beyond Dennis as the Cape offers so many different types of beaches that you shouldn't miss out on! We have a Cape Cod guidebook put together with our recommendations on beaches, dining, and other activities not to be missed!

Please note, bring your own bath towels and bed sheets. If you need to rent them, ask and I can suggest a service!

Wonderful stay

We had an amazing stay in Dennis. The house was huge. So many areas to sit and eat (dining room kitchen and countertop). All of the rooms were even bigger than they look in the pictures. The outside area was wonderful, and the kids LOVED playing in the yard and on the playscape. It was a quick drive to mayflower beach and other Dennis attractions, it was the perfect location and perfect house.

Amazing family beach week!

Can’t say enough nice things about our stay here this past week. The house was great for our group (4-6 adults and two little kids throughout the stay) and the location to beaches and Dennis Village was a great perk. Caitlin was super responsive and helpful throughout the entire stay. Will be trying to stay here again next year! Highly recommend.

Everything you could wish for and more...

All the comforts of home with the benefits of vacation extras. Rain or shine you will have plenty to do. The private location and neighborhood provides a peaceful, relaxing gathering spot. Close to the beaches and many attractions too. The host was super accommodating and friendly. Very responsive during booking and for the one or two questions we had at the home. Highly recommend for multi generational family vacations.

Beautiful family-friendly property in wonderful neighborhood

Lovely late summer stay at Caitlin's property in Dennis. Perfect for a multi-generational family trip. Lots of toys for kids. Beach chairs made packing so much easier. Quiet neighborhood street just a quick drive to Dennis bay-side beaches. Appreciated the bike on days we needed to split up!

A Gem on Jimmy Crowells Path

This is a lovely home in a beautiful neighborhood. It is tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. Its proximity to a variety of Dennis beaches is convenient. The hostess, Caitlin, was pleasant to work with, responded promptly to any emails, and was rightfully proud of her home.

My two friends and I had a great time at Caitlin's lovely home in Dennis. It is tastefully furnished, spotlessly clean and comfortable, located in a quiet neighborhood filled with trees and flowers. This was our second time renting here; we were looking forward to returning, and once again everything was perfect! The decor is up to date, the deck is ideal for relaxing, and the kitchen is fully equipped. The home is located in an area convenient to Dennis Village with several beaches easily accessible. There are several restaurants nearby as well as a theatre, a cinema, and historic homes. Caitlin is friendly and helpful; it is a pleasure to work with her especially since she responds promptly. I encourage anyone looking for a fine Cape Cod vacation to seriously consider renting this home. I'm sure you'll be very pleased.

Great Stay!

We enjoyed this very spacious home tucked away in Dennis. It's right up the road from Dennis beaches. Mayflower is our favorite. The house has plenty of sleeping space. A bonus for my kids was the kid themed room with books and puzzles as well as the beach toys in the garage and playset out back. It should be noted that the beds didn't have any linens on them other than the comforter so be sure to bring sheets and pillow cases. You will also need your own towels. I did not see this in the description so I had to run out and buy sheets. No big deal but helpful to know ahead. The house was clean and very comfortable for our family of five even with a visit from my parents one of the days. We would definitely stay here again!

Great house, great stay!

The house was clean and well equipped. Beach and kitchen towels are provided, you bring your own sheets and bath towels. We were two families staying at the house with kids between the ages of 1.5 and 7 and there were toys for all ages, board games and books in the kids room and they all loved the play structure outside. The beaches nearby are beautiful, so much to see on the Cape! We will definitely come back!

Lovely home - clean and quiet

This home was Very clean, well appointed and a nice location. We were two families of 4 who stayed (4 of us from NY and 4 from MA) and there was plenty to keep the kids occupied. It’s ~1.7 miles to Mayflower beach so plan ahead. In the summer Mayflower parking will fill up by 9:00-9:30 or earlier. Chapin is usually still open then so that is a good alternative. The back porch is an oasis. Grill is great and there was propane a plenty. Caitlin responded promptly Very quickly to any questions we had. The ‘welcome packet’ there at arrival was very clear. I recommend this home very much for families. Good times.

Great house

The house was clean and quiet. I think one night the neighbors dogs or some coyotes went wild barking for 5 minutes in the middle of the night and that was it. It was very peaceful and very few cars. Lots of bunnies in the neighborhood. Very comfortable stay.

Wonderful Vacation

My friends and I enjoyed a wonderful vacation in Dennis. The home was beautiful. It had all the amenities and comforts of a home that you would expect. All the rooms were clean, the appliances worked, and it was nice to have central air. Nice backyard to grill and have dinner and wine with friends. Beaches are very close. The homeowner was very attentive and emailed me upon arrival to ensure we were all set. Will definitely book this home again in future.

Beautiful House! We will definitely be renting this house again next year for our summer vacation!

This was such a beautiful home, so clean and cozy..a home away from home. Our boys ages 9 & 11 enjoyed playing outside in the spacious yard and rode bikes around the neighborhood. It’s in a great location..close to the beaches and shops. We can’t wait to rent this house again next summer for our family vacation.

Beautiful home, quiet but convenient location !

We had an amazing stay! The house was very clean, well equipped from the kitchen to beach chairs, boogie boards and a cooler for the beach. Beds were very comfortable as well. Backyard is beautiful and peaceful. The playground was an added bonus for the kids! You can really tell the owners put a lot of effort and thought into this home. Caitlin was very responsive and offered many recommendations for places to explore in the area. We appreciated having access to the bike as parking was tough at Mayflower Beach, but the drop off and bike back plan worked!

Hello! Our family just bought this home in January 2018. Our permanent residence is about 75 miles from the house outside of Boston. We've been going to the Cape our whole lives and are very excited to now own there! Since purchasing, we've since repainted the entire interior and refinished the hardwood floors throughout! All furnishings are brand new including the 65 inch flat screen! We have put a lot of love into the interior and hope you enjoy our new home as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

If you are looking for a quiet retreat where you can lounge in the backyard and have total privacy, this is the place for you! Also, I know many summer rental homes seem overly-lived in, almost sticky inside. We've stayed at a few of those and hate them! You won't feel like that at all at our home. It's all new and clean, truly a Cape Cod oasis! We also just installed central air conditioning to keep the house cool and comfortable all summer.

Cathedral ceiling living area and open floor plan with slider to deck. Master with walk-in and handicapped accessible shower on main floor. 3 bedrooms with full bath upstairs. Half bath and laundry off kitchen. Outdoor shower, deck, and beautiful professional landscaping. Cul de sac is so quiet that kids can safely ride scooters/bikes without worry of traffic.
