You have a semi-private board walk out to the beach and Gulf. The building is directly on the beach, so you are minutes away from your toes in the sand. The unit has 1 covered parking spot there is laundry in the building. The building also has a pool, a place to wash your car, BBQ grill, social room, and complementary WiFi in the lobby. Tradewinds has an activities calendar and they offer, beach yoga, playing bridge and Texas Holdem, Mahjong, Bocce Ball, Bingo Cribbage, Water aerobics, BBQ's, Sunset Gatherings every night, and parties and events throughout the year. There is an application fee of $100 per adult.
