Other things to note: -2nd floor - no elevator -Large Garbage container located behind the complex -Possibility for noise - apartments are part of an 8plex -Low Flow Toilets - do not flush anything other than small amounts of toilet paper -Air conditioner - please do not run temp lower than 70 degrees Fahrenheit. The compressor can easily freeze causing damage or HOT air to blow in. -Sofa Bed - not the most comfortable bed. We have added another layer of foam under the bedding but please be aware that it is not the most comfortable bed. -keypad door entry -The complex is regularly treated with non-toxic pest repellent. Still, this property is located in a historic neighborhood in the desert. Bugs are a part of life here in the southwest. While we make every effort to stay on top of pest control and keep the apartments spotless for guests, we cannot completely control nature and therefore you may see the occasional bug. Please be aware of this and make sure you're ok with the possibility before booking. -Ring Security camera installed on front door to monitor guest count and for security purposes.
The Neighborhood: We love the historic feel and the charm that Old Town delivers. It's always enjoyable to slow down and spend time strolling through the square and the numerous shops and restaurants available. We feel perfectly safe walking around Old Town both day and night, just sticking to the immediate blocks around the plaza, and around Rio Grande Blvd. Going from Central towards Downtown does have some isolated stretches so it is recommended to use common safety sense as you would in any big city.

Wow, where to begin! My partner and I loved our stay here. The check-in/check-out process was very easy and straightforward. Taryn is such an amazing host. Communication was excellent during the entirety of our stay. Our unit was spotless and fully stocked. The beds and pillows were comfortable and all the linens were clean and soft. The decor inside our unit was charming and warm. The location is superb. We crossed the street to Old Town nearly every morning of our stay. Overall our time here was wonderful. Definitely a top tier property and host.

Extremely convenient location for conference travels at Hotel Albuquerque. Easy walks to local eateries and museums in the old town. The room is quiet and clean, with plenty appliances available for daily use.
This was a great find just right across the street from Old Town. The apartment is well appointed, clean, and decorated with fresh new decor. My husband, son and I enjoyed using this as our basepad while visiting family in ABQ for Thanksgiving. Communication with the owner was great, check-in was uneventful, and there was nothing out of order with the apartment. We will use it again when in town as it's a great find!
Great location and building. Perfect for 4 guests. Easy walkable access to Old Town and The Sawmill. Quick access to the freeways for traveling to other areas.
The property has easy access to Route 66, Old Town, good restaurants, and the airport. The amenities are as described. It is quiet and the beds are very comfortable. Taryn checked in with us through VRBO and was a great host.
This is a great place to stay across the street from old town Albuquerque. We walked to the museum, many restaurants, the square, the Cathedral, and the ice cream shop that had Blue Bell. The rooms were great, the beds comfortable, and the kitchen extremely well equipped.
I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the convenient location, easy to get to everywhere we wanted to go. The two block walk to the Old Town area was great.
The condo owner was very responsive and kept in touch through out our stay.
I would stay again.
Excellent location close to the museum, easy under 10 minute walk or 2 min drive. Viee of the mountains from the living room. Very clean, good security for the building. On a very busy street but quieted down at a reasonable time at night, host provided ear plugs which was helpful (I'm a light sleeper, slept fine). Comfortable memory foam mattresses. Kitchen supplied like a nice extended stay hotel, full size fridge, oven cook top, microwave. Generous stock of paper towels and TP. Host was very responsive and check out chores were the shortest for a VRBO which was great. Will stay here again.
It was perfect for my small family stay. This place would also be perfect for a girls weekend or trip as the old town shops were juzt across the road.
Our host checked in on us which was appropriate to make sure we have everything. We would stay again if we come back.
The property has some of the charm of an older structure but has been updated with all the modern conveniences.
The host was available when needed and pleasantly responsive.
Great value for the price.
Great stay with my wife and mother-in-law! You can't get much closer to Old Town than this - plenty of food and shopping options with a short walk. We always felt safe in the area. Host was super friendly... as was ABQ as a whole! Good mattresses and the host had super tasty pinon coffee on hand. We'd definitely stay here again next time we're in town.
The apartment was clean, safe and in a great location. It's directly across from Old Town, with great access to shopping and wonderful restaurants. Taryn was lovely and very communicative. If I'm in Albuquerque this would be my go to rental!
Great space, very clean. Everything you need for an extended stay. Beds comfortable. Walking distance to the Plaza Old Town. Excellent breakfast close by Central Diner and Duran Pharmacy.
Perfect location to Old Town shops, cafes and activities. Everything we needed was there. It was great to be able to use the kitchen as it was well supplied in order to cook meals as we have some dietary issues. We had a reunion one day in day in Santa Fe which is an hour drive, relatively easy to get there. We were looking for a lower elevation to sleep, and it worked great. Also, Taryn is a great person, a host with the most!
This is a very well-run vrbo property. Very clean place, nice decor, comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen, good responsiveness and communication from owner, nice helpful binder of activities, restaurants, etc. and convenient parking. It was spacious, pretty quiet, right across the street from old town shops. It helped make our trip to ABQ a great experience. Would definitely stay here again.
The unit was exactly as described. Old town was fun and only 5 minute walk to the center. Very close to all attraction, easy on/off from the interstate. I would stay there again in a minute. Be Aware, bring you kpods if you like coffee,

Thanks for the review! I'm confused about the "be aware" portion regarding coffee, we do provide local Pinon coffee pods, creamer and sugar.
This was a terrific location! Near Old Town and walking distance to many restaurants. I loved the rustic charm of the building and unit. Very large with personal touches.
