Guest Access:
During your stay you will have access to the entire apartment and the shared courtyard. There is a parking lot in front of the complex - there are no designated spots, however there is a space reserved for #8.

Other things to Note:
2nd floor - no elevator

Ring Camera installed outside (this is the only camera) - we use this to monitor guest count and for security purposes.

Large Garbage container located behind the complex

Possibility for noise - apartments are part of an 8plex

Low Flow Toilets - do not flush anything other than small amounts of toilet paper

Air conditioner - please do not run temp lower than 70 degrees Fahrenheit. The compressor can easily freeze causing damage or HOT air to blow in.

A lockbox is located on the premises to open the front door.

The complex is regularly treated with non-toxic pest repellent. Still, this property is located in a historic neighborhood in the desert. Bugs are a part of life here in the southwest. While we make every effort to stay on top of pest control and keep the apartments spotless for guests, we cannot completely control nature and therefore you may see the occasional bug. Please be aware of this and make sure you're ok with the possibility before booking.

Parking space is available as directed in the check-in guide. We are not responsible for tickets issued, cars towed/booted or any damage to guest’s vehicles while at the parking lot whether from casualty or negligent or intentional wrongful acts of other guests or third parties. Guest waives any and all claims, damages, and/or causes of action for personal injury or property damage against us (the host) and the parking company for use of the parking lot. We are not responsible for any articles left in vehicles.

The nieghborhood:
We love the historic feel and the charm that Old Town delivers. It's always enjoyable to slow down and spend time strolling through the square and the numerous shops and restaurants available. We feel perfectly safe walking around Old Town both day and night, just sticking to the immediate blocks around the plaza, and around Rio Grande Blvd. Going from Central towards Downtown does have some isolated stretches so it is recommended to use common safety sense as you would in any big city.

Distance to:
Airport: 9 miles
Balloon Fiesta Part: 12 miles (we recommend park-n-ride)
Hotel Albuquerque: 4min walk
UNM: 3.5 miles
Old Town: 2 min walk
Fairgrounds: 8miles
Convention Center: 2 miles

Location is perfect for walking to Old town and surrounding restaurants. Walk score of 84 out of 100. This location is Very Walkable so most errands can be accomplished on foot.

Bike score of 87 (very bikeable, flat as a pancake, good bike lanes). There is a bike rental shop within walking distance and also electric scooters on the street.

Uber, Lyft and Taxi's are always available.

There is a bus system - you can plan your ride here:

Great !
This apartment located just a few steps to old town , three big museums are very close and really can be walked to. We discovered a small restaurant “Ben Michaels” with a live music on Tuesdays and organic food within just a few steps to it . The apartment is clean and very nice inside , the kitchen has everything that needed, it’s not noisy to sleep , beds are pretty comfortable. The owner responds very fast if needed . Surely we would stay again.

Spacious in Old Town
We wanted to stay as close to Old Town as we could for our budget. This property was as advertised and was roomy for our group. We were able to cook all meals and had all the kitchen items we needed to do so. The only reason I didn't rate it a 5 star on cleanliness was because I did spend the first hour after we arrived sweeping the floors in the entire unit, wiping down the kitchen counters and table and chairs, cleaning the microwave inside, and wiping down the cabinet knobs. I found the kitchen to be not as clean as I would have preferred. The rest of the unit was immaculate, beds were comfy, shower was hot and abundant, washer/dryer was great and the unit smelled good. I would recommend to others and stay again. The owner was very polite when she reached out to resolve a minor issue for a different family in the unit below us that involved the unit we were in.

Excellent location only a few minutes walk from old town shops, bars, and restaurants. The unit had everything we needed including an iron, printer, and coffee maker (thank you for the Pinon coffee). Comfortable beds and extremely clean. The entire apartment was updated and we were very happy. Taryn's team was also quick to respond and very clear directions were given. Thank you.
