Ideally located in a nice subdivision at Mitan Cove you will be seduced by this magnificent luxury villa !!!

Very close to the most beautiful beaches of Martinique, entertainment and shops, it benefits from a green environment where you can relax in complete serenity !! Its generous volumes and its huge terrace will allow you to savor the delights of the island of flowers!

all on one level, it consists of a large living room (television, internet), a fitted and equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, electric hob, dishwasher) overlooking the large terrace, a pantry (washing machine dryer rangemens, 1 master bedroom (160 cm bed) with shower room and dressing room, 3 bedrooms, with 160 cm bed, one with a 160 cm convertible sofa, bathroom (shower and sink), 1 hallway.
All rooms are air conditioned
outside a very large deck with infinity pool, plancha, solarium, relaxation area, ZEN area, workshop, covered parking for several cars.

agency fees included price per week depending on season from 1500 € in low season to 2200 € in very high season.
