Come enjoy a peaceful and private getaway located in the back hills of Richford, NY - 30 minutes from downtown Ithaca and 40 from Binghamton. This quaint 2 story, 2 bed, 1 bath home is on 10 acres of it's own woods and trails and also overlooks 1180 acres of state forest. A short driveway inclines slightly to a level parking area. The cozy and relaxing front porch is stunning. However, please note the steep bank off the porch, making this cottage unsuitable for young children.

Cool place with thoughtful features and accoutrements that makes living easy. Everything you need! A beautiful setting outside, with a well kept property that we really enjoyed. Quiet and cozy, getting back to nature was never so easy.

Stunning location and accommodations

Wonderful views and some hiking trails right behind the house. Close to state parks. Charming farm cottage well equipped kitchen so no need to leave for meals.
