Central village location.sleeps up to 3 people. Perfect for 1 or couple or 3 . Main bedroom has 1 qn bed, modern bathroom with hot shower, wifi, kitchen, and steps from door to restaurants, bank with ATM, seaside, tour
. Center Village Location, steps to bars and restaurants, modern units with complete finished sheetrock walls, tile showers, hot and cold water, kitchenettes , AC, queen bed in bedroom, sofa sleeper , TV, DVD player etc -
Free Wifi, private bathroom with modern amenities, walk to all. Jacuzzi on site for the 4 apartments to use. Pizza and Rum bar restaurant at driveway, quiet porch with seating at your door
Your in a private apartment..interact with people at the bar! Our property managers run the local Axios/ Starbucks Coffee, where you can have delicious coffee and lattes, pumpkin spice, white mochas etc- and use free wifi, internet and free calls to USA from direct landline
Pasero Street, check it out, right in the middle of the village, steps from restaurants, bars and tour companies. Walk to the ATM, 1 minute, Brekfast at `Fry Jacks`, across the street. Shoreline, 2 minutes, The Split 10 minutes!

We offer discounts for more then 6 night stays. We suggest the Ocean Ferry Belize water taxi, as it is the cheaper option and is friendlier and drops you closer to the apartments and the coffee shop. If you let us know your exact arrival time, we will pick you up at dock with golf cart. If you dont know, head directly to Axios Coffee shop and we will check you in there. Please note, non registered guest, or local Caulker residents are not allowed on the property.
We do not allow any non registered guest to be on the property or use the jacuzzi- please respect the reasons behind this rule

My Wife and I are from New Orleans. We discovered Caye Caulker about 7 years in love ever since. WE bought our first condo at this resort back then and loved it. We bought this second one, because our first one got so popular, we never got to use it :)

I have 2 unigue Units at The Club at Popeyes Beach location is unique with it central beach in middle of Caye Caulker, yet quiet at night from Village noise.
