The Space:

*Ariel Dunes 1 is having a makeover October 26, 2026- March 19, 2027. During this time period walkways and balconies will be refurbished. There will be scaffolding on property and construction noise.



This beautiful condo features a fully stocked kitchen ideal for preparing meals, a separate dining area, a comfortable living room with a queen-size sleeper sofa for additional guests, and a laundry room with a stacked washer and dryer. The primary suite offers a king-size bed, private balcony access, and an en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and glass-enclosed shower. The second spacious bedroom includes a queen-size bed and access to a large full bathroom. Enjoy relaxing on the private balcony.

We were in town for Soundwave concert event. This property was perfect for our needs. Venue was literally across the parking lot. Spacious interior and deck. Very clean. Easy parking. Liked it so much, we already booked this same place for next yearā€™s event.

The condo was exactly as pictured, my family had a wonderful time. Everything you need as far as cookware is in the condo and beach chairs/umbrella for you to take to the beach thats only steps away. And if you're not a beach person, the property has 4 pools! Located close to the Stopping outlet, grocery stores, and restaurant's. We will definitely return.

Great girls trip location!

Condo was clean and had everything we needed. The beach was a short walk. Definitely recommend checking out Lucilleā€™s (karaoke) which is nearby.

We thought the Condo was beautiful, very clean and comfortable for our extended stay. The Balcony and views of the ocean, sunrises and sunsets are amazing! It was so quiet and peaceful and the elevator was always punctual and virtually right across from our unit! We will definitely return again!

We enjoyed the big pool area & the bar in the hotel had great prices and delicious food! The only suggestion would be allowing music at the pool. Everything else was great!

Just what we needed

My wife and I stayed here with another couple. Needless to say, we're already planning to book another trip to Destin / Miramar Beach area the week after Christmas in 2022. The condo had everything we needed and was conveniently located to shopping, beaches and restaurants.

Perfect Place for a Girls Getaway

We loved the location and beach view of this condo! The beds, including the couch bed, are all comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony, heated pool, large bath tub, the beach chairs and beach towels during our visit. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, too. The beach is beautiful within a short walk. We would definitely recommend this condo and hope to return to for another stay.
