Escape to your own private Eyrie nestled 2,100 feet atop Roundtop Mountain in our abundantly provisioned and cozy 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom cabin. Complete with a game room, fire pit, and hot tub, this retreat promises relaxation and fun.

You will be immediatly drawn onto the main level’s wraparound deck with breathtaking 180° views to the north and west. Each morning, sip coffee on the private upstairs master bedroom porch, soaking in the serene vistas.

With a bedroom and bathroom on each of the three levels, privacy is assured for all guests.

The upper level boasts a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a spacious private bath featuring a jetted garden tub, and an exclusive porch. On the main level, a queen-size bedroom with French doors opens to the deck, just steps from a full bath with a laundry area. Downstairs, a full-size bedroom sits beside a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The basement game room is a haven of fun, equipped with a Pac-Man arcade console, pool table, 55-inch SMART HDTV, DISH DVR, DVD player, board games, a reclining loveseat, and a futon for the kids.

In the great room, a rock fireplace with gas logs (available October 1–March 31) creates a warm ambiance, complemented by a 50-inch SMART HDTV with a DISH receiver. French doors lead to the deck, drawing you toward those stunning views.

The fully equipped kitchen, featuring stainless appliances and granite countertops, invites you to create memorable meals—whether a romantic dinner served on handcrafted pottery, a hearty pot of chili for the family, or apple pies after a visit to nearby orchards. The dining area seats six, with additional bar seating for casual gatherings.

Outside, the main deck offers a 4-person hot tub, a Weber gas grill, a Blackstone griddle, and ample seating to enjoy the panoramic views. Downstairs, the outdoor fire pit, steps from the game room via French doors, beckons for cozy evenings under the stars.
Venture out to explore the North Georgia mountains. The charming towns of Blue Ridge (12 miles) and McCaysville (9 miles) offer delightful restaurants, shopping, and a scenic train ride. Hiking, zip-lining, and white-water rafting are nearby at Lake Blue Ridge Marina, Lake Blue Ridge Outfitters (10–12 miles), or Ducktown, TN rafting outposts (15 miles). For a pampered afternoon, book a visit to Serenity in the Mountains Day Spa (reservations recommended). Golfers will love Old Toccoa Farms, with its spectacular views and restaurant, while Murphy, NC, with its casino, is just 20 miles away.

PETS CONSIDERED Your well behaved small dog (under 50 lbs) will be considered with a $125 non refundable pet fee. If we extend an invitation to your dog to visit our cabin this is not an invitation to allow him on furniture or beds. You may be charged an additional cleaning fee if this occurs.

A deposit of 50% is required to hold your reservation. Balance is due 30 days before arrival date. Reservations made within 30 days of arrival require full payment at time of booking.

We require a $300 security deposit. This deposit will be refunded within 3 weeks of your departure date, provided there is no loss or damage. 7% State of Georgia Sales and Use Tax and 6% Fannin County Accommodation Tax are included in your rental fee.

Renters must be at least 25 years old.

The driveway to our cabin is steep (30° incline) but it is paved. 4 wheel drive is not required. Please honor the posted 10 mph speed limit the entire length of the private road accessing our community.
