With a living area of ​​110 m² distributed a main part completed by an independent studio, built around a confidential garden flowered, trees and fully enclosed 700 m² with heated pool, shower, pool house barbecue and several terraces very friendly.

The main house on the ground floor, offers a large living room all glass / dining room with open kitchen fully equipped including American fridge, a large adjoining terrace protected with sun blind, 2 beautiful air-conditioned rooms with televisions and private bathrooms with WC.

The studio, facing the main house, is converted into an independent air-conditioned room with television, internet and its bathroom with WC.

A very modern realization with the charm of the old (apparent beam, tiled floor reminiscent of the old tiles of the time ...), all on one level.

The enclosed garden of 700 m², has a heated swimming pool 8 x 4 fully covered for bathing at any time of the year (it can also be open at will).
Between the period of 01. 11 to 30. 03 the heating of this swimming pool is optional for 150 Euros for the stay,

You have an outdoor location guaranteeing the parking of 3 vehicles in complete safety. (automatic gate and pedestrian gate).

Great stay in beautiful Uzes

We had a wonderful stay in Uzes. The house had everything we needed. The hosts were great to work with. The check in process was very easy. The kids loved the pool and that we were an easy 10 minute walk into the charming town of Uzes. The outside spaces are simply beautiful.

Beautiful villa!!

We loved our stay at this beautiful property. We had so much fun walking to town for the market, checking out the sites, and going to restaurants. The outdoor kitchen and grill was great for cooking a delicious meal with all of our goodies from the market. Uzes was a great base to explore the pont du gard, Nimes, wineries, and so much more. We spent afternoons swimming in the pool and relaxing on the patio. A big thanks to the owners and property manager for welcoming us for a wonderful stay!

Kinder, Hund und Erwachsene haben sich superwohl gefühlt. Der beheizte Pool mit Dach ist spitze. Da alles komplett eingezäunt ist, waren unsere ersten Ferien mit Hund entspannt.Vorab haben wir super Infos zum Ort und Umgebung erhalten und während unseres Aufenthaltes hat sich Christoph gut um uns gekümmert.

Sehr schöne Haus in sehr schöner Umgebung

Wir waren über Ostern da und sehr angetan vom Haus, dem Grundstück (super eingezäunt, für unseren kleinen Terrier ein Traum) und der Umgebung. Viele wirklich schöne kleine Orte und Uzes ist wirklich sehr schön, der Wochenmarkt sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen wirklich sehr gerne noch mal wieder! Ganz besonderen Dank auch an Denis für das tolle Begrüßungsgeschenk (haben direkt Nachschub auf dem Weingut besorgt 🙂) und Christophe für die sehr herzliche und ausführliche Einführung ins Haus und seine Besonderheiten!

Very nice and wel equipped holiday home in lovely region

We have enjoyed our holiday very much at villa Venetie. It is a lovely house, well equipped and maintained with a refreshing and clean pool. The enclosed garden is very private and has a just the right amount of shade. Both we and the children would definitely consider going back.

Villa très paisible

Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances avec nos trois enfants dans cette villa. Chacun y a trouvé son compte: pour le petit un lit parapluie avait été placé dans notre chambre, des jeux étaient disponibles pour les plus grands qui avaient leur propre chambre. Les deux salles d’eau sont spacieuses. La maison est un vrai cocon où l’on se sent bien. Nous n’avons pas utilisé le studio mais il était très propre et fonctionnel. L’extérieur est tout aussi accueillant que la maison. Pas de bruit, une piscine aussi attractive que sur les photos de l’annonce et qui a fait le bonheur de tous. Nous recommandons cette location!

Easter getaway during covid

We wanted to have a small Easter break to a more sunnier destination that we could easily reach by car from Luxembourg. Despite all the covid restrictions we had a good time and visited neighboring towns. Also, the house provided us with a lot of privacy and room to spend the curfew hours. It had a heated pool which was great even though it was end of March/first days of April ! There was even a bag of charcoal waiting for us for the grill :) Most importantly, we traveled with our small French Bulldog who loved running around in the garden, as it was fully fenced, we didn’t have to worry about him escaping.

Maison style de ville : Uzes à pied ce qui était agréable. Néanmoins, le ménage était très moyen, la wifi inexistante et la personne chargé de l'accueil n'a résolu aucun de nos problèmes, abattant des toilettes cassés, et lumière du séjour faisant disjoncter toute l'installation. Ceci dit la piscine était chauffée et propre. Malgré cela notre séjour était très agréable.
