This 5th floor, non-smoking, unit is 800 sq. ft. and located in the building 1 (West building). There is a King bed in the master and King bed in the guest bedroom. It offers gulf view balconies for the living room and master bed room, floor the ceiling windows, a recently updated kitchen, vibrant colors and décor, comfy furniture and free WIFI..

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

-There are Two (2) parking pass included with the reservation.

-Amenities include an outdoor pool and beach-side sundeck, direct access to the sugar-white beach, free WiFi, cable, and a fully equipped kitchen

-Linens come furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

-Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom.

Nasty

There was a very bad smell coming from the sink. The furniture was stained and also smelled. There was little room in the bedrooms, bathrooms and living area despite the pictures showing plenty of space. The guest room in particular was so cramped that to get out bed it was necessary to step in the bathroom. There were piles of popcorn, mouse droppings and crumbs everywhere. I sent photos and a complaint about the smell within 18 hours of our arrival and did not receive a response. Over all, everything from the non hot tub to the pool, was a disappointment.

I love the details of the owners . The way they had little messages through out the house . Really didn’t have to leave for anything . I would love to get this same property
