I (Stuart Lazar) am a law school professor at SUNY Buffalo School of Law. In addition, to law, I also own Front Street Liquor in Traverse City. FSL is known for having the best selection of whiskeys, bourbons, and ryes -- along with a great selection of other liquor, beer, and wine. FSL also serves TC's best gyros, and deep dish pizza, grinders, deli sandwiches, soups, and salads.

I love Traverse City, having moved here at the beginning of 2015. Today, I share my life with my fabulous wife and two amazing daughters.

Why they chose this property

This property simply has an unbeatable location. It is located in the Old Town district, which is full of beautiful historic buildings from the earliest days of Traverse City. Anything that downtown has to offer is only a short walk away.

What makes this property unique

On-site parking located at the rear of the building. Also perfect for the National Cherry Festival, as it's located directly on the parade route.
