Hampton Place, located in Leamington beyond the south gate of Palmetto Dunes, offers oceanfront villas in a beautiful resort atmosphere. The open, park-like setting of Hampton Place features a large heated pool area, a pavilion, a spa tub and barbecue area, an adult lap pool, a children's pool, a gazebo, a boardwalk to the beach, a private fitness facility and elevated sun deck. Convenient bike or walking paths connect to the Omni Hotel and restaurants, as well as many other amenities within Palmetto Dunes including kayak rentals and the renowned Palmetto Dunes tennis center. Only 2 minutes away from Palmetto Dunes golf courses.

You will love this fabulous second-floor villa with wonderful views of island living. The kitchen stainless steel GE Profile appliances, lagoon blue quartz countertops, and bright cabinets. There is a counter with barstools for a convenient eating area and the dining area is off the kitchen with an ocean view and a cherry dining table which expands for easy entertaining. The living area is furnished with a new sleeper sofa with an upgraded mattress, a matching loveseat with ottomans, comfortable leather swivel window chairs, recliner, a sofa desk, and a 46-inch flat screen HD TV/DVD. There are doors to the oceanfront balcony from the living room.

The master bedroom also has wonderful ocean views, boutique furniture, a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and a quiet office area. It has a large private bathroom with double sinks and jetted tub with a separate shower. The second master has a new queen bed with a hotel quality mattress as well as a twin bed. It also has a flat-screen TV and a large sliding door to the balcony and a beautiful ocean view. A port-a-crib is also available - just bring crib sheets!

The owners welcome renters who will value the special features of this unit and hope to attract visitors who will treat the property with the care of their own home; the owners are willing to accommodate requests to make this a place you will want to visit again.

Spring break

The condo offers a comfortable setting for quality family time. The amenities at Hampton place provide for ‘fun in the sun’ activities - the pool, hot tub, beach and biking. The condo is somewhat worn and needs to be updated with new bedding and decor.

I just realized I’ve never left a review! Since March 2020, we’ve rented this condo for over 10 weeks! It is absolutely fabulous! This is the balcony view. The beach and pools are great! The condo is equipped with anything you could possibly need to cook. It is a great mid-island location near all the great restaurants! This is truly a gem! Our number one choice always to rent!

June 2020 Stay

I rented 6205 for my family as we own the place next door. Seriously disappointed as was not cleaned well at all. And now a day later a huge bag of dirty laundry items is still sitting outside of the door of 6205. Been there for 24 hours now.
