About this property

Welcome to The Bellini Haus. This magical desert oasis combines lush grounds with an open floor plan and a David Hockney style pool. Nestled in a park like setting with professional lighting throughout the grounds. Conveniently located yet nicely secluded between Palm Springs and Desert Hot Springs. The historic B Bar H Ranch district is a perfect mix of rustic desert and mid-century modern charm. Come star gaze in the Jacuzzi and experience all the desert has to offer.

The Bellini Haus has an open floor plan with bedrooms that are located on each side of the house giving lots of privacy. Truly a gourmet kitchen with all the amenities you'll need for cooking as well as coffee machine, Cuisinart, toaster, juicer, popcorn machine and many other items to make your dinner party a success. We also have a four burner Weber gas grill conveniently located right outside.
We know sleep is important, so all the bedrooms have Hunter Douglas black out blinds for the times when you want to shut down. The Main suite is very stylish with views of the backyard that opens up to the pool area. There's a California King with very comfortable sheets, as well as a walk-in closet and granite shower. All bedrooms have very comfortable beds and sheets. There's a 65" LED 2160p Smart 4K Ultra HD TV with Live TV and all apps, Netflix etc. 43" TV's in the bedrooms as well as high speed Wi-Fi internet through out.
There's also an authentic Sioux style Ti Pi for your enjoyment,

Jacuzzi / Pool

The fee for heating the Jacuzzi is $60 a night. Discount for longer stays.

Pool heating fee is $120 a night with a two day minimum. We heat the pool to a comfortable 83 degrees Please let us know before you arrive so we can have it heated for you.

Please note: The number of people at the property must be equal to the number of guests on the reservation. We do allow more than 6 guests however we charge $100 per night per person, maximum of 8 guests.

Spacious family friendly place to stay

We enjoyed the layout of the house and outdoor area. Very nice BBQ for outdoor grilling for a large group. Nicely designed outdoor area. Host was pleasant to communicate with and checked in with us during the stay to make sure everything was good. Would stay here again!

Oasis-like pool area

The pool area is absolutely the highlight. So well landscaped that you feel like you’re at a high-end resort. That said, the house is decorated with so much character and personality that it is an amazing place to be too. Very spacious for our family of five. If you’re just coming for sun by the pool, it’s a great choice (20 minute drive into Palm Springs). Tim and David the hosts were incredibly responsive to any question we had and proactively asked how things were doing a few times during the week. Felt well taken care of.

Girls weekend

Our stay at the Bellini Haus was amazing! Tim and David are great host and checked on us during our stay. There was a neighborhood power outage (1hr) but the host were on it and kept us informed. The house was perfect for our group and we had a fun filled girls weekend in Palm Springs!

Great chill desert getaway

Nice property. Fun vibes. Comfy couch and beds. Certainly it’s own little desert oasis. We loved the house and the atmosphere Tim and David have created. There is the right amount of amenities. Biggest complaints would be the overall location - pretty out there, not close to anything really - and the fact that we couldn’t get the pool heated. It does state that there is an additional fee for heating the pool. We tried to request this a little too last minute and were told it’s not possible because there isn’t enough propane in the tank and that the tank couldn’t be filled last minute either. I’m not entirely sure why one wouldn’t just aim to keep that tank filled and ready for such a request as I’m sure we aren’t the only ones who would think of such needs last minute. But even sans decent temp pool water we had a nice, relaxing time. Thankful the hot tub works well!

This desert oasis home is beautifully modern in both design and decor, spacious and nestled in a quiet community with a panoramic view of mountains on each side of the Coachella Valley. Sitting in the the hot tub at night will allow you to star gaze without the light pollution of Downtown Palm Springs. The open layout features lots of space in the kitchen for cooking meals, playing games at the dining room table or lounging on the couch watching TV. The bedrooms are located on each side of the house allowing each guest to have privacy without disrupting each other. The bedrooms also open to the outdoor space so you can enjoy the backyard without going through the other parts of the house.

What makes this property unique

The Bellini Haus is green, we like to save energy and save the planet. We do offer the Jacuzzi at no additional charge but please try and limit to four hours a day because of gas prices.
The pool may be heated at the guests request, but because of Propane costs we have to charge a fee. Prices vary depending on the season and cost of Propane. Please let us know 48 hours before you arrive so we can make arrangements.
