Oceanfront+Pet-friendly+2nd floor+End unit+Near CB Pier & Freeman Park

NEW FOR 2025: Refresh on the inside with paint, trim, twin mattresses, etc. Beach renourishment is expected Fall 2025. Beach erosion is in progress (it comes and goes) and if the immediate Periwinkle beach access is inaccessible to walk, you can access the beach at the neighboring Clam Shell public beach access or at Freeman Park (North of Carolina Beach Pier). FOR 2022: coffee table, end tables, and nightstands.

Welcome to my family’s HOME away from home! This 2nd floor, end unit, spacious two bedroom, two bath condo features 4 sliders (2 overlooking the ocean and 1 in each bedroom) and windows in the kitchen and living room that let in plenty of NATURAL light! Well-behaved, groomed pets are welcome (additional $150 fee) and RELAXATION is required!

The master bedroom includes an en suite with walk-in shower, queen bed, and balcony. The second bedroom includes two twin beds and balcony. The second full bathroom includes a tub with shower. The recently remodeled kitchen includes all major appliances and accessories. The washer and dryer is located adjacent to the kitchen. Off the kitchen is a big dining table that sits 6. PLENTY of room for sitting, eating, and RELAXING! The living area includes seating for 5 and the couch folds out into a queen size bed. The OCEANFRONT balcony is SPACIOUS with a bar height table and four chairs. You can people watch and see the waves hit the sand from the balcony.

There is a 65” HD SMART TV in the living room, 28” HDTV in the master bedroom, and 32" TV in the guest bedroom. Each TV is either SMART or connected to a ROKU and has access to Spectrum cable through their app. The house has wireless internet, FREE-WIFI. SPACIOUS parking for two vehicles. One spot is covered and under the building and the other is near the beach dune. Please bring your own sheets, linens, and towels. I also recommend bringing your own pillows. Dogs are welcome north of the pier all day, everyday. During peak summer season (April 1st through September 30th) dogs are welcome on the beach in front of the condo before 9 am and after 5 pm.

The North End Carolina Beach Pier is located less than three blocks away and features the High Tide Lounge Bar/Pub. Located above the pier, beach goers may drive their vehicles right on the sand and pets are welcome YEAR-ROUND.

Also, not too far away is the Boardwalk (restaurants, shops, rides, games, and pier) featuring the EXTREMELY POPULAR Britt’s Donuts! NOM NOM NOM

Property exactly as described! Amazing view and the beach was good. We didn’t have great weather but we enjoyed our time. A bigger TV in the main bedroom would be a good addition but it worked for us and we probably wouldn’t have noticed if our weather was better. Very dog friendly area, definitely bring your furry friend if you have one. Would stay again!

Our stay was amazing. We checked in a little late. We were extremely tired and it was very nice to arrive to an immaculate place. Our beach view and direct access was great for my toddlers (2 and 4). We went to the beach everyday while there. It was also very nice to have the aquarium and zoo close by for the kiddos. We took my mom with us and she was super happy with our stay as well. I definitely recommend this place! We will definitely be back.

We really liked this property. The view from the balcony and living room is amazing. The rooms were clean and the kitchen is large. Would def recommend to anyone who wants to stay right at the beach.

The interior was nice. Roomy and well taken care of. Very clean. My only suggestion would be to replace the beach chairs as they were rusty and old. Only one boogie board. Had to buy chairs as these were not suitable to sit in, we did once and stained our bathing suits. Would also suggest owner to replace the porch rug. It was old and worn out. Overall, a nice place to stay, you can tell he cares. I hope they replenish the beach, as it was eroding every day we were there.

Perfect beach get-away!!!

This condo provided everything we needed for 2 weeks at the beach! The porch overlooks the beach perfectly and it’s a 2 minute walk to the water!! Most restaurants are close by and most are dog friendly! Our host was super to deal with-very prompt with answers to our questions and even came personally the 1st day to help with the TV!!

We like the privacy. View of beach is exceptional. Good bed—always a plus. Rooms are spacious except very small shower in master, but that’s ok. TV setups in rooms are great. Access to grocery stores and restaurants is easy.

Amazing location.

The house has a great location. The tiki bar at the pier was the best. The house was clean and well equipped with all you need. The view from the balcony was amazing. I really enjoyed the sunrises and walking on the beach with my dog! Instructions for the house were very organized. I would definitely recommend this property.

Carolina beach vacay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tim’s lovely beach condo. Waking up to the waves, drinking coffee on the deck, and watching for dolphins was delightful. I’m super bummed to leave and even checked the condo listing to see if it was booked for tonight as I was hoping to squeeze in one more day 😂 when we had issues with the cable and messaged Tim he got back to me within minutes. We would definitely recommend the condo and will absolutely be back!

Great Value for Location

This place is in a great location, you are close to everything. Excellent view of the ocean from the balcony, although the carpet needs replacing. This places needs a deep cleaning and some ceiling repairs with a fresh coat of paint and it would be great. Until then it’s great value for the location. Additionally, I recommend trashing the regular coffee pot it has growth in the water reservoir. We cleaned up a bit ourselves and enjoyed the beach and the views. That is what it’s about.

Beautiful View

Condo has a beautiful view and location. Great layout. Kitchen was small but very functional. We had a small problem and Tim was quick to reply and checked up on us later in our stay. I appreciated that! The condo definitely needs some updates, but that is a matter of taste. Definitely follow Tim’s advice about bringing pillows!!! Also, the master bed is ultra firm. Even though it rained half of our week, we had a great time!

great value!

I used to own directly across the street so it was good to be back . Since we sold we come back every summer for a week so I've been to literally a dozen different condos at CB. While some may seem "nicer" overall (newer, better furniture or whatever) you do pay for that too. This one is really the best value for the money that I've found. Tim was great to communicate with and responsive to any problems that arose (and thankfully they were not really problems at all!) HIGHLY recommended.

Tim, the owner is a kind and gracious host. It was very unfortunate that the beach access was closed during our stay due to the erosion of the beach. Tim made every effort to make up for that even though he isn’t in control of weather - but wanted to make sure we had a nice stay. While it wasn’t ideal in terms of not having the beach in walking distance, we made the best of the week. The view from the condo was beautiful.

The location is perfect - right by a beach access entrance and the balcony has an unobstructed view of the ocean. We loved sitting on the balcony for meals and watching the sky go dark. The condo was cool, comfortable and quiet for our week’s stay. Check in was easy; check out and house rules were all very reasonable.

Perfect Location for a beach getaway!

The property is exactly as described and the owner is immediately responsive to all communication. The unit is right on the beach. The 2 minute walk to the water was wonderful and we could even hear the waves breaking from our balcony! There are no high-rises nearby, so the beach was never overcrowded. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet beach getaway.

Much needed getaway for family and dog! Wonderful view, balcony on oceanfront. It is located on 3rd floor so be mindful of stairs in & out (feeling my age definitely).

Our 1 week @ the ocean

Good. Kitchen had most everything. Maybe more KEURIG cups. Furniture not the most comfortable but ok. Deck might need new floor sooner than later. AC & Ceiling fans kept place perfect temperature. Would do it again! Weather forecast per my phone was rain everyday. No such thing at all. Sun was out daily. Beautiful weather.
Chair & umbrella rental $40/day or $150/week. Well worth it.
Full moon on 6/11 view from deck.
Lots of waves. Water not that cold.
Dogs allowed before 9am or after 5pm. Family friendly beach & unit.
