We focus on healthy living, the environment & sustainability. 2 BR, 1 Bathroom, one of the bedrooms is used/convertible as a yoga/meditation room.

The three-apartment farmhouse has your newly renovated living quarter waiting with two bedrooms.

My family and I focus on healthy living, the environment & sustainability. We enjoy the simple pleasures of staying in this culturally-rich community surrounded by the majestic Catskill Forest Preserve. Every day something in nature, a bear in the bushes, picturesque autumn foliage perfect for hipsters and duds, kids and us grownups. The house is surrounded by a manicured garden with peach trees and cassis bushes and by miles of untouched forest land. Enjoy the mountain views.

A fully equipped open chefs kitchen
A contemporary kitchen with Bosch dishwasher, new cooking appliances, a Cuisinart toaster, a fully automated coffee grinder/brewer system, that has your cup of coffee ready before you take your foot out of the bed. Please enjoy the provided brand name coffee, and sugar. The kitchen pantry presents the basics e.g. spices, oil & vinegar, and more. Please replenish this area to your discretion.

Cozy bedrooms
Snuggle into the luxurious, 800 threat count hotel-style bedding. Extra UGG pillows and throws are provided. Enjoy!

Master bedroom: sleep cool in a hyper-modern round bed. Read a book in the stylish lounge chair in front of the bedroom fireplace. Enjoy stepping out to the porch through the oversized french doors.

Second bedroom: this room doubles as meditation/yoga room. This room is equipped with Manduka yoga studio mats, blocks, belts, blankets, meditation pillows and holistic books as well as chanting instruments.

All room are decorated with black-out curtains that assures sleeping into the bright morning sun. Get rejuvenated : )

The sky-high living room
Enjoy free WIFI and excellent phone reception. The living room is tastefully furnished with a huge seating oasis and equipped with a LG 49" smart TV. Stream movies via your Hulu, Netflix and various other applications. Light a fire in the modern fireplace and read selected cookbooks or have fun and play on a number of board games with your friends and family. Enjoy the artfully decorated chalet living room.

Dining room/sunroom: Enjoy meals in the artfully decorated dining room. The table seats up to 8 guests comfortably. This room doubles during the day as a quiet working your computer and gaze out the oversized window.

Girls weekend

Everything was great and as is online - communication with Daniel was prompt and he was very helpful with places in the area. The water pressure was low - but expected as it was explained in the description. We went hiking, brewery, walked in towns and had a great weekend away! Thank you!

Location was good for skiing

1) Water pressure in shower needs significant improvement. 2) Couldn’t see the fire in the fireplace due to dirty/blackened glass. 3) Could use more pans for stove top cooking.

Fantastic property/fantastic location

This property is fun and in a central location close to great pizza and hiking. We had a wonderful time. S’mores by the fire pit was a highlight.

Beautiful peaceful country escape

We loved our time in Daniel’s home. The decor was interesting and comfortable, the kitchen was well furnished with top line appliances and stocked with ingredients to share. Sonos speakers to play music on, yoga mats/supplies to use, the round bed with ‘fireplace’, a gurgling creek across the street. Quite lovely. I was disconcerted to see video cameras Inside the apartment (outside is fine), and I had to cover these with cloth to maintain my privacy. I hope that Daniel removes these in the future. Also note that this is not an entire house, there is another apartment downstairs so you may need to keep your music down. Overall, a great home and I hope to come back soon.
