Would never pass health department inspection

Sand in dirty beds Sliding door did not slide Filthy stained couches Sand on all tables Outside deck nails all popping up Sticky grease all over cookie sheets Poor water pressure in all shower stalls Kitchen sinks filthy Frig door broken water filter needs changed; water bad Tiny glass particles on rugged area and entrance throw rug First floor smelled of mold. First floor Closet doors off tracks and dirt in closets Excessive mold in supplied cooler Water accumulation outside due to broken gutter Outside was full of liter: bottle caps, wrappers, cigarette butts, weeds, etc. Too much more to list. Left early because of horrible living quarters! This has been our 25th family vacation.. Never experienced such dirt and unhealthy living conditions!

Great location!

Nice beachfront home. We loved the pool and being able to walk right out to the beach. The house itself is a little dated/some wear & tear, but kitchen is well stocked and everyone was comfortable. Make sure to bring TP, paper towels, laundry detergent and toiletries - none of that is provided, not even a single trash bag! But that's all stated in the rental listing.

Dolphin Run escape

Dolphin Run is terrific property. The ocean views are magnificent. The house is large, roomy, and well decorated. We greatly enjoyed our stay. Please do something about the pool deck planking and the mattresses in the two queen bedrooms
