This charming studio is close to Palombaggia beach. Surrounded by century-old pines, it is part of a small complex of 3 independent studios and 2 larger villas.
The beach is less than 700 meters on foot.
Porto Vecchio is located 10km away, with its grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants ...
We would be delighted to welcome you to our studio.

Our 27m² studio is fully equipped for a carefree holiday: electric hotplates, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and washing machine.
The rental includes 1 bed 140 for 2 people. You can take advantage of the individual terrace with electric barbecue and garden furniture or watch your favorite programs on the 80cm television (TNT by satellite). A fitted cupboard allows you to store your belongings.
Linens provided.
The bathroom includes a shower and W.C.
The studio is air conditioned.
Powerful WiFi connection
The rental is non-smoking.

Un petit coin de paradis.

Que dire de notre séjour chez Thierry... Tout était parfait. Nous avons été très bien accueilli.le studio est caché de tout vis à vis et est très bien équipé. Très proche de la plage de palombaggia à pied en 10mn en prenant le temps d'admirer le paysage et les magnifiques pins parasols. Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable. Thierry nous à donné énormément de conseils et d'adresses pour parfaire notre séjour. Nous le remercions encore de sa gentillesse et de sa disponibilité.

L'accueil à l'arrivée au top. À moins de 10mn à pied de la sublime plage de Palombaggia. Le calme et l'emplacement des maisons sans aucun vis-à-vis.

Un endroit privilégié à deux pas d’une des plus belle plage de Corse. Un accueil charmant, Thierry est un hôte adorable, et une location parfaite pour un couple avec bébé. Le jardin est apaisant tout comme le calme du hameau.

L’endroit idéal pour profiter de la magnifique plage de Palombaggia, de Porto Vecchio et de ses alentours ! Accueil au top et très chaleureux du propriétaire. Le logement est très agréable (notamment la terrasse privative), dans un environnement très calme au cœur du maquis Corse. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

A deux pas de la plage de Palombaggia, nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce studio très propre et bien équipé, situé dans une propriété fermée au cœur du maquis corse. Thierry est un hôte très disponible, arrangeant et sympathique, il a su nous conseiller sur les excursions à faire et a répondu présent dès que nécessaire. Nous recommandons cette location.

UNE MERVEILLE

Une MERVEILLE ! J'en avais rêvé, et ça EXISTE !!! Tout est parfait dans cette maison-studio . La propreté, le confort, la décoration, le calme, la beauté du site ! C'est encore plus beau que sur les photos . Tout incite au repos . Et la gentillesse du propriétaire ; toujours un sourire, un mot gentil, un conseil de promenade . Et la sieste ... la chaise longue sur la terrasse bordée de lauriers, et sous les pins ou chênes-liège ... Le petit-déjeuner avec les mésanges ... Quelques minutes de balade sous les pins, et nous voilà sur la plus belle plage ! Nous avons passé deux semaines idéales . Nous avons fait provision de rêves pour une année et n'avons qu'un souhait : revenir et pour une plus longue durée !!! Merci Monsieur Tafani .

Splendido in mezzo alla natura a 2 passi da una delle spiagge più belle

Bellissimo monolocale ordinato e pulito con tutto il necessario e con il bellissimo terrazzino, da apprezzare la gentilezza del proprietario . Abbiamo trascorso 5 giorni molto rilassanti in mezzo alla natura e alla tranquillità e la spiaggia di Palombaggia è magnifica. Acqua cristallina a tutte le ore. È stato un dispiacere lasciare questa location. Vorrei ritornaci. Andrea e Gledi

AGREABLE LOCATION DANS UN GRAND CADRE DE VERDURE

Studio calme sur une grande propriété, propre et fonctionnel, bien équipé et qui possède en particulier une climatisation silencieuse très appréciable par temps chaud. La literie est de très bonne qualité. La terrasse permet de profiter pleinement de la nature. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et disponible pour tous renseignements. La plage de Palombaggia, à proximité de la location, est très agréable pour la baignade. Cette location est à recommander sans modération.

Un coin de paradis et de calme

Petit studio décoré avec goût et modernité en pleine pinède au calme et à 10 min à pied de la plage de palombaggia. Nous sommes partis en couple avec un bébé de 6 mois,et tout le confort présent a facilité notre séjour.La literie est exceptionnelle,lave linge et barbecue sont des plus.Un vrai cadre de quiétude en pleine nature,à noter que Monsieur TAFANI le propriétaire est très accueillant et disponible.Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.
