Fully furnished with the things to make for an enjoyable beach vacation. Second floor unit with Open Stairs to reach unit. Parking in front with numbered spaces. New balcony with two slight views of the ocean. Three minute walk across the street to public beach access 1. Within walking distance to restaurants, clubs, Gulfarium, city fishing pier and shopping. Only minutes by car to Destin and the well known Crab Island. One 47" Smart TV W/ Basic Cable. 24" smart TV/ front bedroom/No Cable. Board games, umbrella and four beach chairs in closet. Must provide own beach towels.

Communication pre-trip and throughout with the host was excellent. The AC was excellent and easy to control. With all of the sand in the area, we were amazed at how clean the home was. The location had perfect access to the beach so close. The view of the Gulf from the deck is slight, but it is there! Restaurants, ice cream, and even an acai shop were within walking distance. Great stay!

This condo is in a very good location. The beach and restaurants are very close. We walked to the beach in 3 minutes. The owner was great to reply to my questions. Very clean condo which was very well stocked with needed items. Highly recommend!

The location was exactly as described online, and upon arrival we found a clean tidy, neat and functional space. It was a comfortable week spending in Florida with amenities close by within walking distance, and Destin being just a short drive away. I will make every effort to rebook this property again for my next trip to the Florida panhandle.
