Had a lovely stay at the 1939 Vintage House. Great neighborhood, close to everything we enjoy in McMinnville. But the best feature for us by far vas the lovely, covered outdoor space with the brick fireplace. It was great to catch up with family in the evenings with a couple glasses of wine in front of a fire. Would definetely book again!
Great place and well located. Took us a bit to figure out the thermostat, but finally got it. We’ll be back

This is a charming house in an excellent location. Short walk to downtown, Linfield, and Walgreens (if you need something quick). I stayed with my family and it was perfect. We have rented from the host a couple times and she is THE BEST. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a responsive host, clean house, great location, and lovely stay in McMinnville.
My husband and I enjoyed this rental especially because of the short walking distance to downtown McMinnville, the driving distance to the coast, the comfortable bed and the cozy electric fireplace.
Excellent location; a very quiet location. Just a short walk to 3rd Street with all the shops, tasting rooms and restaurants.Well equipped kitchen, large dining room table, nice beds and a great outdoor space with fireplace.
We enjoyed our stay at the Vintage home. It was a beautiful, comfortable home that was in walking distance to everything we needed. The outdoor patio area was a nice place to relax with a glass of wine.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Vintage home. It was a beautiful, comfortable home that was in walking distance to everything we needed. We definitely recommend this home and would stay there again.
We had a lovely stay. Very comfortable house, just as pictured and well stocked kitchen. Convenient location for 3rd st and walked to most things or very shot drive.
we were all impressed with the house. It was a lovely older property with original details and modern updates. it was well supplied with everything in the kitchen, even had olive oil. it was spacious for 4 adults and also nice to have some outside private space. The basement would be a bonus if you have kids.

About the host
Hosted by Wine Country Properties
She had the Wine Country Farmhouse, and he had the Walter Link House, which is how Anita and Larry met. Well.... it was at the UFO Festival, but that's another story. The result was another vacation rental, and now another one along the way. Both are natives who grew up surrounded by the wine industry. As a kid, Anita picked grapes during harvest on one of the first vineyards in Dundee. Larry was raised on a farm in what is now the McMinnville AVA. Like Salmon, they returned after exploring the world to pursue their passion in their hometown: preserving historic properties and sharing Oregon Wine Country with the world. By joining forces - Anita's background in real estate and Larry's in construction, they have created a solid team in the growing family of Wine Country Properties.
Why they chose this property
The home sits on a quiet street, surrounded by historic homes. It's a quick walk to Linfield University and a leisurely 5 block stroll to McMinnville's Famous Third Street. On Thursdays, May through October, you'll run into the Farmer's Market on your way to Third Street.
