Villa Cin Cin was the perfect location to celebrate my 50th birthday! The host and house manager are incredible and help with any questions and recommendations. The kitchen has everything you need and is a great set up for short term rental guests. Every room in a primary room with en suite bathrooms and outdoor showers.The beach is easily accessible and feels very private. The highlight of the house is definitely the outdoor area- pool, spa and THAT VIEW!!We can’t wait to go back!!!!

This house was amazing for our family of six (3 adult couples), but could have easily accommodated more. The bedrooms and family living space are all completely separate so you get the perfect mix of privacy and social interaction. Kitchen was perfectly stocked for cooking meals at home which we preferred. Views are as stunning as they look in pictures. Owner was fantastic about providing helpful information and answering questions. Definitely a great place to stay at USVI.

Our family of 11 (ages 10–74) spent Christmas at Villa Cin Cin, and it was absolutely perfect. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking views and how beautifully the villa blends into the natural surroundings of St. John.The layout was ideal for our large, multi-generational group. Each family had their own private space, while the main house made it easy to come together for meals, pool and hot tub time, and evenings together. The open, airy living areas were filled with natural light and made relaxing as a group effortless.The property is stunning and meticulously maintained, with gorgeous water views from every angle. Direct access to a private beach was a true luxury and made the villa feel peaceful and secluded.The home was fully equipped for a large group, including a well-stocked kitchen and convenient laundry facilities. Communication was excellent from start to finish, including great communication directly with the owner, which made planning and arrival seamless. The welcome dinner provided upon arrival truly hit the spot after a long day of travel and was such a thoughtful touch.A special thank you to Crystal, the house manager, who went above and beyond. She was attentive, kind, and even came on Christmas Day to bring a walker when a family member was injured—an act we will never forget.Villa Cin Cin gave us an unforgettable family Christmas. Amazing experience

Villa Cin Cin is absolutely stunning- the photos and videos do not do it justice. Our family and friends loved our time here. The infinity pool has amazing views of the bay, and we had a gorgeous sunset every evening. The snorkeling off the beach was awesome, and it is only a 5 minute walk from the house. The kitchen was perfect for us- we cooked every night. The layout of the house allows for privacy- each master bedroom with its own bathroom and balcony. We loved the outdoor shower! This place was perfect for our family and friends- we will be back!

This place is one you need to experience and see with your own eyes because Villa Cin Cin is even better than anything you can dream up! Vacation at Villa Cin Cin

Our family (a group of 11 people) had an outstanding vacation in St. John at the Villa Cin Cin. The villa is located in Ditleff Point, probably the nicest location on the island. It is a beautiful villa with all the amenities a family would need. The property owner and the manager were great. It was truly a luxury experience. I highly recommend this property.

Wonderful Covid getaway

Our group of 8 friends had a fantastic time at this property. It is a beautiful home and pictures do not do it justice. It is a mere 5 minute walk to the best snorkeling beach on the island. We saw sharks, turtles, rays, etc. all from the comfort of our own private beach. This home is truly a gem and you will not be disappointed.

Awesome Villa with amazing virws

The owner was very thorough with all the details on the house, the island, jeep rentals, and places to dine. Crystal, the property manager met us at the ferry and led the way to the house which made it very easy. The house is amazing. I loved that all the bedrooms were the same so there was no fighting over the “best room”. The sunsets were fantastic and the kitchen was great for us to cook together.

Phenomenal property!!!

This was the best property I’ve ever rented! The owner and manager were great to work with and very detailed with the rental process. The house is perfect for a large group as it has five true master suites. It also had every amenity necessary. Pictures don’t do the views justice…..they were even better in person! Make sure you rent a Jeep as the hills are fairly steep but manageable. Stay at Villa Cin Cin….you won’t regret it!

We ADORED our stay at Villa Cin Cin!

Look no further for the perfect place to host your next family trip or friends getaway in paradise. Everything about this villa is amazing from the bedrooms to the outdoor showers (!) to the kitchen area (that had everything you could ever need) and then of course the infinity pool where we spent most of our time. I caught myself multiple times not being able to tear my eyes away from that view. It's like it's straight out of a fairytale book. Christine, the owner, is beyond wonderful and property manager, Crystal, couldn't have been more helpful. Crossing my fingers and toes on the possibility of being able to stay here again in the future!

Space for everyone!

This was absolutely perfect for our big family (20). Each family had their own suite. Well stocked kitchen. The green space we enjoyed every night, with lots of corn hole tournaments and the downstairs bar set up. The game room was also a big hit. The views are magnificent! The upstairs balcony was awesome at night. We would go every year if we could. I highly recommend this property!

An Unforgettable Family Getaway at Villa Cin Cin!

From the moment we booked, the connection with the owner, Christine, and the house manager, Crystal, made everything feel personal and welcoming. They provided all the information we could have needed, and their recommendations made our trip effortless and unforgettable.The villa is absolutely stunning, beautifully designed, spacious, and comfortable. We woke up each morning to breathtaking views and ended each day watching sunsets by the pool. The game room was a hit with the whole family, especially the ping pong table.We followed many of Christine and Crystal’s local suggestions, and they were all incredible. Nate’s Custom Charter gave us an amazing day on the water. Lime Out was a fun and unique floating taco stop, and Pizza Pi had some of the best pizza we’ve ever had. Snorkeling, spotting turtles, and exploring the island added so much adventure to our days.They also recommended a fantastic private chef who came to the villa and prepared one of the best meals of the trip. We even booked in-villa massages through their suggestion, which made the experience even more relaxing.Villa Cin Cin is a dream. Luxurious, peaceful, and perfectly located. We made lifelong family memories and are already dreaming about our next visit. Thank you, Christine and team, for making it all so easy and special.If it were up to me, I’d give them the 2025 VRBO of the Year award.10/10 — Highly recommend!
