Enjoy the tranquil views Perdido Key has to offer, right from your balcony while you watch the dolphins and boats dreamily sail by and play. This condo is furnished to suit all your needs! There's a cozy king bed in the master and an equally cozy queen bed in the second bedroom, so there is enough room for your family and friends to restfully enjoy thier stay. The kitchen is fully equipped and will certainly satisfy the chef in the family. If you're a boater, this is the perfect spot for you! There are boat slips at our new marina available for you to use, on a first come first serve basis. If you don't have a boat, there are several places close by where you can rent for the day or even the week! Enjoy your evening cocktail, or even our local favorite, The Famous Bushwhacker, while watching one of our gorgeous sunsets. You are only a short walk from the Gulf and sugar white sands of Perdido Key's famous beaches. SeaSpray's property also boasts 3 pools, a hot tub, newly resurfaced tennis/pickle ball courts, a well equipped gym that faces the gulf, and, of course, our impeccably kept marina, boat launch and grilling area. Parking passes are $50.00 per vehicle, per stay. Boat/Trailer registration fee $300.00 per week or $50.00 per day.
