About this property

This recently upgraded 3 bedroom/2 bath condo sleeps 8 with a cozy king size bed in the master bedroom, an en suite bathroom, 2 full beds in the second bedroom and twin over full bunk in the third bedroom. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with new appliances and all the comforts of home. Living Room has a sleeper sofa, and lots of comfortable seating. Enjoy the breathtaking Gulf view from the master bedroom and living room areas. Take a refreshing swim in one of the three pools SeaSpray has to offer, or soak in the hot tub. You can also enjoy our well equipped beach front gym, grilling area, and marina with a boat slip. If you're up for a game, we also have newly resurfaced tennis/pickleball courts for your enjoyment! Come and relax in this coastal getaway! You will not be disappointed.

*** Until the end of May of 2024, gulf side tower amenities as well as balcony access to units will be limited. However, there WILL BE one pool and hot tub open at all times during this time. Riverside is due to see completion at the end of June 2024. ***

Great family Vacation

This place was perfect for our family vacation. The location on the beach provided amazing views all day long and easy access to the beach. The condo was perfectly clean and large enough for our party of 6. We will definitely want to stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful!

The condo was clean, beautifully decorated, and well stocked. The view was breathtaking, the beaches were not crowded at all and there was a gift shop right across the street. Plenty of space for our large family and everyone loved it!! I hope in the future we can stay in this same unit again! The owners have done a beautiful job of decorating and utilizing the space so well.
