About this property

This charming 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath condo is in the East Building of SeaSpray. Enjoy the view of the Gulf of Mexico from the oversized balcony and watch dolphins swim by with a mimosa or cup of coffee in your hand. The living room is decorated with coastal decor and is very, very comfy. The master bedroom has a plush king bed and has access to the balcony. The guest bedroom has 2 comfy full size beds. The kitchen is quite large and should please any chef in the family. Come and make memories that you'll never forget in this adorable coastal getaway! Be sure to enjoy the 3 pools SeaSpray has to offer, as well as the hot tub, well equipped beach front gym, grilling area, marina with boat slip, and our newly resurfaced tennis/pickleball courts!

*** Until the end of May of 2024, gulf side tower amenities as well as balcony access to units will be limited. However, there WILL BE one pool and hot tub open at all times during this time. Riverside is due to see completion at the end of June 2024. ***

Parking passes are $25.00 per vehicle, per stay. Boat/Trailer registration fee $150.00 per week or $25.00 per day.

Moldy, Smelly, Dirty & Disappointing

Well to summarize briefly…. My full review can be seen on Google reviews of SeaSpray. We checked in and noticed there was no soap or anything in the room for us as typically there is for all the condos we have ever stayed in at Perdido Key. So then my wife starts noticing other things like a pile of rust in the corner of the bathroom just laying there right after the cleaning crew has been there. That’s when my allergies begin to start flaring up and that’s when my wife noticed black mold around every vent in the condo. I’m allergic to mold and my face swelled and eyes are itchy and swelled. I attempted to contact the assistant property manager via email and also via the front desk lady leaving her a message and no response. The maintenance man responded and cleaned up the mold but it took 3 days to fix and still yet to have a response from management. To say the least we were EXTREMELY disappointed.

Perfect vacation

The unit was very clean and really nice balcony with very comfortable chairs and the table to enjoy the view of the ocean! Hope to come again!

Great experience

This was first trip since the pandemic and it was absolutely amazing. The unit was well equipped and the amenities were all enjoyable. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to have a pleasant beach trip.
