The cottage is adjoining our house located in the Corniche district, at the foot of Mt St Clair, close to shops and beaches. The port and the city center are around 20 minutes away on foot, but the bus can also take you there.
Sète is very lively in summer (many festivals and other events) but the sea out of season has another charm and is also very pleasant!
the duplex can accommodate up to 4 people with a bedroom and a bathroom on the lower floor and a living room on the upper floor with a sofa bed.
Possibility to park in front of the cottage.

Daniele took care of us very nicely at arrival and departure. Everything in this appartment is arranged in a sensible and careful way. And the view from the kitchen window is just great.

Escape à Sète

Nous avons séjourné à Sète pendant le weekend de la Pentecôte. Ce fut une belle découverte. La ville est charmante, très colorée, le street art omniprésent et la mer tout autour. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Très bien

Duplex indépendant proposant tout le confort nécessaire pour les vacanciers. Le logement est au calme et vous gratifie dune jolie vue sur la méditerranée. Commerces de proximité accessibles à pied ainsi qu'une jolie crique le tout à mons de 10 minutes. Pour le centre de Sete c'est un petit quart d'heure en passant par la corniche avec bien sûr en prime la vue sur la mer. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et discrets. En résumé notre séjour dans ce logement a été très agréable et donc nous le recommandons.

Calme et simplicité

Très bien, nos propriétaires sont disponibles en cas de besoin, merci pour l accueil avec le plan et les explications données à l arrivée très utiles, ainsi que les biscuits de Sète, l essentiel est à disposition et fonctionne très bien, quelques fournitures utiles pour faciliter le quotidien ménager. La semaine de la fête de la Saint Louis ce fut facile d assister aux festivités sur le Canal Royal et d être au calme le soir quartier residentiel, facile aussi d accéder aux musées à la base nautique des Quilles et aux grandes plages. La voiture est utile mais des bus proches peuvent la remplacer dans de nombreux cas

Séjour très agréable, accueil très sympathique des propriétaires, tranquillité du lieu, tous commerces à proximité sans avoir besoin de la voiture. La plage est accessible à pieds si il n'y a que la serviette et le parasol à emmener. Beaucoup de lieux à visiter. Nous avons trouvé les Sétois accueillants. Nous avons passé 14 jours excellents. Pour la demande "précision de l’annonce” nous avons coché 4 étoiles car ABRITEL note une buanderie qui n’existe pas. VOUS POUVEZ LOUER Sylvie et Christian (26 juin 2022)

Hemos pasado 3 días estupendos en Sète con mi hijo de 6 años. La casita es muy agradable. Tiene todo lo necesario y la propietaria es muy servicial. Se puede aparcar frente a la casa.
