nested in an exceptional case of beauty with its very pretty sight on the lake and the mountains, within the beautiful castle of fésigny, this independent apartment for 6 people is arranged on the first floor of an old barn of the castle. Equipped with every comfort, tastefully decorated, in a quiet environment, it is an ideal place for relaxation. Charm and authenticity guaranteed.

Located on the heights of the village, (altitude 500 m), 10 minutes walk from the lake, you will be seduced by its magnificent view, its charm, as well as by its privileged location in the heart of the magnificent Haute Savoie, allowing you to enjoy just as much of the summer pleasures of one of the most beautiful alpine lakes, as of the beauties of the mountain in any season. veyrier-du-lac is a charming tourist village bordering the eastern shore of Lake Annecy, the sunniest. There are all the amenities (tourist office, bakery, supermarket, restaurant, pizzeria, newsagent, post office, bank, pharmacy, doctors, physiotherapists, hairdresser, etc.). The beautiful old town of Annecy, nicknamed 'Little Venice of the Alps', is only 6 km away. We will be happy to inform you about the many possible activities in our corner of paradise (walks, beaches, swimming, water sports, winter sports, mountain hikes, various tourist visits, bicycle rental, tennis, golf, etc. ...)

COMPOSITION OF THE APARTMENT

-A main room with a well-equipped kitchen area, overlooking the dining area, and a comfortable lounge area with sofa, coffee table, armchair, television

-a small bedroom-cabin (without window) with a double bed 140 x 190 and wardrobes on each side of the bed.

-two small bedroom-cabins (without window) each with two single bunk beds in 80x190 cm, wardrobe, large storage drawer under the bed.

- A small bathroom with shower and sink, storage unit and washing machine

- a separate toilet

A great home next to Annecy's beautiful ake

Overall it's been a great experience, hosts were helpful and welcoming, the location couldn't be better and there's a great boulangerie and supermarket next to the apartment which made life so easy. The house was clean and tidy, well equiped and had space for all of us, just a great experience.

Eine außergewöhnliche Unterkunft in sehr guter Lage. Für eine erholsame, sportlich geprägte Urlaubszeit bleibt das Auto 2 Wochen stehen. Strand, Wanderwege, anspruchsvolle Radtouren auf den Spuren der Tour de France direkt vor der Haustür. Restaurant, kleiner Supermarkt, super Bäckerei fußläufig erreichbar. Gut zu Fuß ist dabei schon wichtig, mit 15% Steigung sind die Frühstückscroissants dann aber auch verdient.

Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable. L'accueil par Diane et Loïc a été super chaleureux et le logement est conforme à la description. Il convient parfaitement pour les vacances. L'espace extérieur est très agréable et la vue est sublime ! À pied, on peut se rendre facilement dans les petits commerces, restaurants, ou à la plage.

L accueil de Diane et Loïc est très chaleureux, et leur famille fort sympathique. L appartement est situé dans une dépendance du château, dans un cadre magnifique et avec une belle vue sur le lac. Bien adapté à une famille avec 2 à 4 enfants, selon les âges, il est proche du lac et d Annecy, accessibles à vélo. Fortement recommandé !

Leuke locatie net buiten de drukte, maar toch vlakbij alle mooie en leuke plaatsen!

Het huis was schoon en netjes. Goed onderhouden. De eigenaars zijn gastvrij en zeker niet opdringerig!! We kijken er met een fijn gevoel op terug.

Un bel accueil des propriétaires , emplacement idéal à 3 pas du lac à pied , beaucoup de charme pour cette grande bâtisse de Veyrier-du-Lac, un des plus beaux endroit autour du lac ! Aucune déception de notre séjour ! Il a fait très chaud mais c'était partout en France et le lac est là pour se rafraîchir !

We had such an amazing time here during our week vacation, the views from the apartment were incredible, the apartment itself was well-furnished and everything worked perfectly. Getting into Annecy was easy as a bus stop was literally 2 mins away and only 10 mins walk to the lake. The owners were lovely, kind and very welcoming, I can’t have imagined a better place to stay during our time in Annecy for the animation festival, would definitely stay here again.

Really nice place - lovely view of the laid - walkable into annecy - obliging hosts

This place is really well situated for the lake and surrounds - it is an apartment in the barn and not the chateau and whilst the setting is superb it is more to look at and not to use - the cabin rooms with bunk beds are quite small - probably ideal for children but a little tight for adults - the owners were very obliging and you have private parking which is good as the lanes are very narrow -
