Conveniently located near major attractions such as Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, and Christ Cathedral, as well as leading hospital systems including CHOC, UCI Medical Center, and St. Joseph. Approximately 20 minutes from Irvine and the University of California, Irvine, and 15 minutes from Chapman University.

Surrounded by excellent amenities, the area offers easy access to grocery stores such as Target, Walmart, and Costco, along with a wide variety of dining options. It is also located near vibrant cultural hubs including Little Saigon and Koreatown.
