Beautiful And 6 YEAR NEW! ~ 4+Bdrm In Wildwood Crest ~ Near Beach And Boardwalk
** During the summer months, this vacation rental is for a 7 night minimum, Saturday to Saturday stay only! **
This tastefully decorated beach home offers 4+ bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. Easy off street parking in driveway. There is also a two car garage remaining for storage of all of the beach chairs, umbrellas, 2 SEAT SURREY BIKE, OVERSIZED BEACH CART, TRI-BIKE and 7 bikes from children to adults bikes, etc. First floor has laundry room with new washer and dryer, 1 BR with queen bed, 2nd BR with twin over twin bunk and full bed, 3rd BR with queen bed and private bath, as well as, hall bath. Each of the bedrooms has its own ceiling fan as well as TV.
Second floor ( main floor) includes a large (both covered and uncovered) deck with ceiling fan, outdoor dining area and furniture, accessible from sliding glass doors from both the living room and dining room. There also exists a large cathedral ceiling living room with hardwood floors, gas fireplace ,big screen TV and large sectional seating area with a pull out full sized bed.
Dining area features a large family table with seating for 8 plus 4 folding chairs for added guests for your dining pleasure. There is a gorgeous, well-appointed kitchen featuring an island with 4 counter stools along with granite counter tops. Off to the side you will find a large pantry and powder room. A MBR with king bed, large ceramic tiled bath, walk in closet and TV finish off this floor. All full bathrooms feature ceramic tile.
3rd floor another full room with pull out queen sleeper bed, big screen TV with video game console, sliding doors to a gorgeous covered deck with 4 seat bar and a 4 seat table and chairs and lighted artificial palm tree - BEAUTIFUL SUNSET VIEWS!
There is an enclosed outdoor shower for cleaning off after the beach! The entire home has both Hulu Live for streaming as well as the fastest WIFI internet connection. The exterior of the home has paver walkways and a fenced yard with gas grill for those summer cookouts along with another outdoor table and four chairs as well as an umbrella.

As you will see with the many reviews we have received in the past- we pride ourselves on having virtually anything a traveler can want to have available to them in the stay at our beautiful home! From stainless steel beach cart, two seat surrey, 8 bikes, two beach umbrellas and approximately 9 beach chairs as well as a fully stocked kitchen with virtually any pot or pan which may be needed by the traveler!
