Welcome to Sundee Vacations and Luna di Lusso 308. If you are looking for a super clean, newly re-modeled and luxurious 1 Bedroom 1 bath apartments, look no further. You may notice that our price may be a few dollars more than other apartments in the building, but it'll be worth it. Just compare the pictures you will see the difference. We have installed gorgeous wood floors throughout the kitchen, living and bedroom areas for that extra warm feeling. We have the best quality bed linens, towels, paper products to make you feel at home. For those staying longer, we have a larger refrigerator/freezer and safe for your valuables available for use.
The service you will receive from check in to check out will be unparalleled. This unit is meticulously cleaned after every guest and our cleaning staff is paid a higher wage to assure that they will take the time to check every minor detail before leaving. Our bed are new top of the line, "Heavenly Bed" Mattresses you will experience that clean crisp feeling when you are ready to turn in for the night. You are our guests and we want you to experience Lake Las Vegas in luxury and style!

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Place the parking pass back on the counter, failure to do so will be charged a fee of $250 to replace the pass charged to the owner by the HOA
Follow the check out instructions on the email sent to you.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
A Security Deposit hold of $250 will be reserved during your stay.
You must sign the rental agreement that will be emailed to you. Agreeing that you will abide by the terms and conditions of the Rental agreement.
There is no smoking/vaping of any kind in the Condo or on the balcony. (even if you have a prescription for Marijuana,) There will be a $250 fine

Such a cute a quiet place!

This place was great! First the bed and comforter and pillows were beyond comfortable. It was amazing. Had everything we needed for a great quiet weekend. Within walking distance was a bunch of cute shops and places to eat. The hot tub wasnt working at the property the first night and the host went out of their way to help us access the hot tub as another building. Was such a great stay. Would def stay again!

We loved our stay at Joe & Letty's condo. The accommodations were exactly as pictured on the website. The condo was very clean. We loved the views from the balcony, it was wonderful to see the sunrise over the mountains, the beautiful lake and the sparkly and very clean pool! Lake Las Vegas Paradise!

Beautiful, peaceful setting away from the chaos of Vegas but close enough for dinner, shows, etc. Wondetful pool and large hot tub. Fabulous bed and linens all the way around. Owner left a few snacks and waters that were much appreciated upon arrival. Private, se ire parking a plus! You won’t be disappointed!

A beautiful place to stay in Lake Las Vegas. We just loved it! Extremely clean and very comfortable. Just beautiful! The pool was great. Such an easy process checking in and out. Very easy to find. A nice quiet peaceful getaway.

Beautiful Location Away from the Strip

My husband and I spent our vacation in Nevada and we loved this location. It was away from the strip and was quiet and beautiful. The property was very clean and the directions were specific. They even had a little welcoming sign when we arrived which was an unexpected personal touch! The lake was beautiful and there were hiking trails nearby. We enjoyed Boulder City, Hoover Dam, Lake Mead & Valley of Fire State Park. This is a great option for Las Vegas & southern Nevada if you don’t want to be on the strip.

Great VRBO "Landlord" and Property

Joe is one of the better property owners I had contact with over the last 25 years (I am a VRBO fan). Joe works really hard to maintain his property and meet all his guest's needs. We loved the view after the early morning sun was over the building (thank you for the sun drapes) and the kitchenette meet all our needs for the week stay. You will not be disappointed.

This gorgeous condo exceeded our expectations. The view was excellent, the bed was super comfy, and the bathroom was appointed with amenities you would find in a nice hotel. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare light meals. Check in and out instructions were clear. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Everything was clean and well maintained.

Condo in Lake Las Vegas

, Nice little place, comfortable, just right for not being there much! Too hot to really enjoy the pool during the day, but we stayed cool in the apartment. Didn’t know there was an icemaker in the small fridge as we only used the big one so we bought ice! TV directions are not accurate with the Roku. Love that there was a magnifying mirror in the bathroom, but I had to put it on the shelf above the toilet to see myself in it because I’m a tall girl! It was great having a bathtub and a shower. The deck was nice especially at night or in the late afternoon when the sun was not on it. Perfect to enjoy a good book, a drink and the view!

Beautiful stay at Montelago Village

Beautiful designed unit. This is totally redesigned one bedroom with great touches. Everything was as stated from the site. Joe and Letty communicated in advance..and although we didn't need anything they were there. There is a spectacular view of the pool, palm trees, lake, mountain and the Village from this unit. Easy walk to the village. The pool and ground are well kept up. It was spotless...and everthing you need for a stay. It is across the street from the golf course. If you want a place that is far from the Strip hustle and bustle..this is your place. There are two refrigerators and extra towels for the pool. We have stayed at Montelago Village many times..and this nicest unit that we have seen.

Paradise Found

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this Lake Las Vegas property. Joe and Letty communicated everything before arrival and answered all questions. Everything was smooth from check in to checkout. The property has amazing views, is modern and clean, and has plenty of kitchen space and utensils….we appreciated the two refrigerators too. The king size bed is very comfortable, and we loved the shower as well…it had great water pressure which was greatly appreciated after many days of hiking in the area. This condo is a great location to base out of….we hit the Vegas Strip, Hoover Dam, Red Rock Canyon, Valley of Fire, and Death Valley CA from this location. If it hadn’t rained our last day, we would have squeezed in a round of golf on the local golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus. One more item, we also appreciated the indoor parking garage. The place was safe, quiet, and just an overall great place to stay for our 5-day trip to the Las Vegas area. We highly recommend this property!

This place is the best. The description is spot on. We had a wonderful time. Great location with walking trails around the area. Very clean and comfortable place. Beautiful unit with a view of the pool and the lake! Very clean with lots of thoughtful “extras,” including things like a welcome basket with snacks, a light-sensitive nightlight in the bathroom, Post-it notes and pens. I would give it a 5 out of 5.

Sweet location

Our unit looked out onto pool area which is lovely. We had just a short walk into the nearby village where there were several fine restaurants and a small market for essentials. Very much enjoyed not getting into a car to go out for meals. .Highly recommend
