COMFORTABLY ELEGANT 2 BR POOLSIDE CONDO IN MONTELAGO VILLAGE


This modern 2 bedroom, 1 3/4 bath condo is located in the heart of Montelago Village. It is conveniently located on the lobby level and overlooks two beautiful pools and courtyard. The fully equipped kitchen has seating for six. There is one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room to accommodate sleeping for six guests. A combination washer/dryer is also included for your convenience. Please let me know if your preferred dates are not available as we also own another property in Viera that may be able to accommodate you.

Nice poolside condo next to Lake Las Vegas. Easy checkin, comfortable beds and clean. You cannot walk right out to pool because condo is on 2nd floor but elevators and stairs are close by. The best thing is that there is a shallow kids pool as well as a lap pool. I would recommend staying here.

There was plenty of room and it had all the amenities we needed on a family trip! Pros: great location, nice pool, nice updates, very clean (both the unit and the property) Cons: the dryer takes a REALLY long time to dry but the owner does warn you of that :)

Amazing Oasis in the Desert

This condo was top notch! Exceptionally clean, comfortable, aesthetically pleasing and accommodating for guests. Loved the little “village” amenities and the views were amazing. Location has easy access to many attractions in the area. The extras really made a difference…the private access and parking made for a safe, quiet and secluded stay. Thank you for providing clear instructions for access. We enjoyed a very unique experience here that made our stay out of this world as we celebrated a family birthday milestone.

Great getaway

Everything about this was good. Bed comfortable, good seating, decent water pressure, pool area clean and lovely (note that pools are unheated at this time at least and were a bit chilly). Everything you want for a home away from home. The only negative at all was that I am not a fan of washer/dryer machines. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice & Comfortable Property Lake Las Vegas

I was happy with the property and everything was in great order. The two rooms were comfortable and spacious. I just loved the sheets in the 2nd room; they felt luxurious! The deck was nice and a great place to clear my head. Check-in was easy and Nancy was very responsive in her communications before I arrived. Her on-site manager was able to answer all my questions too. I like that the property was so close to the Lake Las Vegas eateries and stores. It's always nice to stay around the lake. Thank you to Nancy!!
