COMPLETE RENOVATION WITH TOP OF THE RANGE SUMMER 2018

Apartment ideally located in the heart of the resort.
At the foot of the ice rink and the children's riding arena.

This is the closest residence to all the shops and activities:
- Ski school (children's village 30m away)
- Carrefour Market opposite
- Ice rink in front of the residence entrance
- Tourist office and package cash desk at 100m
- Ski rental and restaurants at the foot of the residence
- Laundromat at the foot of the residence

And all the services offered by the resort: aquatic center (Aquariaz) medical center ...

Of course, ski-in and ski-out, with ski locker at the entrance of the building.

The apartment is exposed East.

The equipment of our apartment is new in a neat and warm decoration:
- 2 40 inch TVs (living room and master bedroom)
- Nespresso coffee machine (2 boxes of capsules offered for your stay)
- Kettle, toaster, microwave, 2 induction hobs

The apartment includes:
- 1 bedroom with a double bed 140
- 1 bedroom with bunk beds of 90/200 upstairs and 140/200 downstairs
- 1 convertible sofa bed in the living room with new bedding in 140/200.
- 1 USB charger to charge your phone integrated in each reading light in each room
(2 in the master bedroom / 3 in the mountain bedroom)

Each bed is fitted with new pillows and duvets
- 1 bathroom with shower
- Separate WC in the entrance
- airlock in the entrance with electric ski boot dryer

You can rent bed linen and towels if you wish

Rental from Saturday to Saturday.

We are also the owner of an apartment of 38 m² (6 people) located on the 2nd floor, and a studio of 18 m² (2-3 people) adjoining.

Very nice apartment on the main street in heart of avoriaz. Nice touches like leaving us coffee pods. We had sheets and towels left for us which was great. Only one issue was that flooded when first had shower due to very blocked drain, which we had to clear out as was full of hair.

The Perfect Family Apartment

Probably the best self-catering accommodation we've ever stayed in whilst skiing. The location, facilities and décor are second to none. In fact they are perfect. The check-in process was difficult however, due to a change in the access arrangements that was not communicated to us. I'm sure this will be resolved for future stays. On the whole, I would highly recommend this brilliant apartment for families or small groups looking to stay in central Avoriaz.

A Perfect week in Avoriaz

This was our first time in Avoriaz, for over 20 years we have skied in Les Arc but the transfer to the resort became too tedious! (7 hours last year) The apartment in Avoriaz was absolutely perfect. Clean, nicely furnished and with all you would need if you wanted to cater for yourself! We didnt as apart from our petit dejeuner we ate out. The position was perfect, close to restaurants bars and shops. The ski hire was two doors away! And most importantly a two hundred yard ski to three chair lifts. The biggest recommendation I can give Marions apartment is that we have already asked to book it again next year. Be warned. I made the mistake of not reading the small print....towels are not included...that was my fault, but carrefour sells towels so no divorce this year!!

Hébergement très bien placé. Tout est facilement accessible à pied. Le logement est bien rénové et deux jeux de clés sont fournis, ce qui est très pratique. En revanche, le ménage laisse à désirer et le lit double sous le lit superposé grince des que l'on se tourne. Sommeil pas réparateur du coup quand on a le sommeil sensible comme moi.Je recommande cet hébergement.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce logement bien situé au cœur d'Avoriaz, bien équipé avec un espace optimalisé.Certains voisins ont été parfois bruyants mais cela fait partie de l'animation au cœur de la station.

This place is brilliant! It's beautifully decorated and presented and has everything you need for a weeks skiing. It's really comfortable and very well looked after. Fabulous location & very well thought out apartment.

We loved our week in the apartment, so much so that we are already looking at dates to return next ski season!! UK family travelling with 3,8& 10 year olds. Amazing location, if looking on google earth the apartment entrance is opposite the carousel. Lovely & modern, not huge but ideal for the 5 of us. Great communication with friendly owner. Highly recommended.

L’appartement est très fonctionnel et la déco est top. Le seul petit bémol est qu’il n’y ai pas de balcon mais on oublie cela très vite dans ce petit cocon idéal pour se ressourcer après une bonne journée de ski. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et à l’écoute…
