1 large living room with lounge/living room, TV, sofa bed new type rapido 2 people (with mattress topper and duvet available) and fitted kitchen area, electric oven combined microwave, induction hob 2 burners -
1 loggia SEA VIEW of approximately 6m2 with terrace furniture -
1 NEW bathroom with shower, sink and toilet -
Private garage and parking in the residence. Washing machine. Electric heating energy consumption package of 20€ per week from October to May.
Good condition (maintenance and painting). Furnished tourist classified 3 stars for 2 people.
Rent in fortnight the first 3 weeks of August (other periods: week).
To be paid upon arrival: tourist tax, animal supplement (only 1 small pet allowed of - 7 kg), security deposit by credit card imprint and, possibly, optional services (sheets, final cleaning, ...etc.).

Une côte magnifique

Un appartement bien situé protégé du bruit par la loggia. Souci de la décoration raffinée, apprécié. quelques manques pratiques, porte de communication en verre qui ne ferme pas; portes meubles de loggia besoin de rabottage (bruit insupportable pour l'ouvrir) passage par l'agence prévoir 1h30 pour avoir les clés, puis bon accueil. pour nous un bon séjour dans ce face mer.
