Needs some amenities

Beautiful place, comfy beds, L/R furniture is a bit worn and quite sparse in the kitchen amenities. It would be nice to have plastic wrap, foil and baggies which are pretty standard in vacation rentals. Coffee was provided but no sugar/sweetener. Sounds like silly items but when you spend this much you expect just a bit more.

Fantastic Charleston weekend

Great place for 4 adult couples to hang out for the weekend. Wonderful location near lots of great restaurants. Walking distance to all the places we wanted to go. One of the best VRBO rentals we have had. Would stay here again!

Property turned out to be perfect for my group of 5. Located in walking distance for good food and entertainment while still pretty much quiet. Close proximity of events we in town to attend.

Amazing place and location

This place was absolutely stunning! Perfect for my bachelorette weekend! Super clean, beautiful inside and outside and very close (walking distance) to king st which was super convenient! Very easy to communicate with the hosts as well and they even let us extend our check out and leave our luggage in the house since some of our flights were later in the day. I would 100% get this place again!

Perfect Bachelorette location!

We booked for a bachelorette group of 10 girls and the size of the place was perfect! The multiple full bathrooms were great for getting ready and the beds were so comfortable! Also the AC was really strong, much needed for the hot/humid weather! Only downside was the late check in/early check out time! Overall a great property and we really enjoyed our stay!

Amazing stay!

Loved hosting my friend’s bachelorette party at this guesthouse. It could not have been more perfect for our group between the large kitchen and living/eating area, multiple outdoor spaces, a bathroom with every bedroom for getting ready, and a great location that’s walkable to all of the great bars and restaurants on King St. highly recommend! Host also has great communication and let us store our bags for a few extra hours after checkout

Great gathering spot for families!

We found the house to be clean and neat with most of our needs met. The one item which needs attention is the very dirty area rug in the living room. Nasty! We were able to walk most places we went.

Girls Trip 2019

Four friends visited CHS and our stay here was amazing. The property is exactly how it looks in the photos. We each had our own room and bathroom and the living space was perfect. It is located off upper King Street, which is where the action is at night. It is also right behind Josephine's Wine Bar...a must visit! We would all definitely stay here again.

Great house

We stayed at 64 spring during the week of my wedding. It was great! The only negative was the discrepancy between check in time on the listing (3pm) and actual check in time (4pm), so we had to wait outside for a bit while the cleaning crew finished up. Other than that, the house was perfect for a large group. Lots of space, clean, and convenient location. Would definitely stay here again.

Ahhhhhmazing! SO HAPPY!! :)

I was so happy with every detail of our stay, here. I treated my staff to a Charleston get-away for a couple nights (from Pinehurst), & after much research, I chose Guesthouse Charleston, and I'm soooo HAPPY I did! Everything was so clean, we loved the layout of the home, the Host was super responsive, & the LOCATION is FANTASTIC! Walking distance to e.ver.y.thing! ....even a very delicious restaurant & bar being located below the Property - also highly recommend. We WILL be staying here again - Thank you!! :)

Clean, convenient stay

The property manager was very prompt with responses, let us know that he would be able to accommodate an early check in (which was fantastic as our flights came in early too) super easy to communicate through text. The house itself was very clean and bright and exceeded or expectations. We had 10 guests total and no one felt cramped. It was very close to king street and we were able to make multiple trips out. Would recommend 10/10

Beautiful House

We had a lovely stay with a group of 9 ladies here for my sister's girls' getaway/bachelorette trip. The house was clean and we had plenty of space for everyone to sleep and enough bathrooms to make getting ready a non-issue. The seating area is a little limited but we weren't in the house much so pulling up chairs or barstools was just fine. The parking spaces in the back are a little tricky to maneuver but we got the hang of it eventually and appreciated having parking right by the house. The host was very responsive via text and we loved being so close to all of our activities. Overall, great stay and would recommend!

Wonderful!!!

This property is incredibly beautiful and so spacious. Loved the decor, and the beds & other furniture were all very comfortable. This is a 2nd floor apartment above a restaurant. The restaurant is only open in the evening and we never heard noise from below. The two bedrooms facing the street did hear quite a bit of noise from the street (traffic, occasional sirens, etc.) but there are noise machines in each room that helped with that. The other three bedrooms were quiet. Location is perfect - walking distance to so many great restaurants & boutiques and it felt very safe both day and night. Id also like to give a shout out to Kerri with the property mgmt group. We had a couple of very minor things that we reached out for and she responded quickly (well after normal working hours) and was so great to work with. Loved our stay and will definitely be back next time we visit Charleston!

The Perfect Spot

This property was absolutely perfect for our girls trip in every way! There were 8 of us coming in from different parts of the country. We wanted to have enough room for everyone without feeling cramped and have a common area big enough for us all to gather and catch up. This house provided all that and more! It was nice to have king beds in almost every room and 4 full baths plus a half bath to utilize. Beds were comfortable and the showers never ran out of hot water...which says something when you have several women! The living area had plenty of seating and was the backdrop to lots of laughter and stories. There was a cute courtyard outside that we drank our coffee in the morning until the sun heated things up outside. The unit is located above a cute restaurant which we visited. We did not find the house to be loud or bothered by any noise. We were always out or up past the time the restaurant was closed. Location was within walking distance to most things or a short taxi. We utilized the bike taxis one afternoon, which was great entertainmant. The owner of the house was very responsive and provided us with a list of things to do in the area and personal favorite restaurants and excursions. She genuinely wanted us to have a good experience. We all said that would stay here again in a heartbeat! If you're considering this property, book it! You won't be disappointed. Thank you for a great time in Charleston!

Not exactly what I expected.

Deceiving photo of property. Picture showed too floor only. Hidden bottom floor by shrubs and fence. Therefore we assumed we had a bottom floor entrance. We did not. We had 7 women in there 70s lugging luggage up to a second floor entrance. I was told the restaraunt Bristonomy was across the street. What? Our house was over the restaurant. The top porch was over the air-conditioned blowing heat onto the porch. The first night the back bedroom leaked with water all over the floor. A toilet would not flush. There were only 2 dressers for 5 bedrooms and no mirrors in the bedrooms. A girl needs her mirrors. Faucets in bathroom sinks had very little pressure. The inside premises was clean, but the couches ND chairs were pretty dirty. I will say property management Brian WAs excellent to work with. He even came over to clean the furniture on our patio. Overall not thrilled. Please make some changes. Thank you.

We love this spacious apartment

Easy checkin. We were allowed to enter early so ee got the opportunity to enjoy this stunning apartment. This is our 2nd year staying in this exact apartment. One of the hosts came by to welcome us in person. Nice hospitalrt. It is an extremely comfortable accommodation with comfortable beds. The onlydrawback was the couch cushions are worn and stained. The seat cushions are sinking into the pull out bed portion of the couch. There as no aluminum foil and some of the storage bowls had no lids. These are all easy fixes, but will not deter me from staying there again.
