45m2 apartment located on the ground floor of our chalet -Entrée independent - Adjoining ground with access rez of garden since the flat, living room of garden the summer, private parking in front of the chalet.

Located between the village of Les Rousses (2 km) and the ski slopes of the Jouvencelles (1 km). You will appreciate the calm and the tranquility of the places.

Main room with sofa bed, flat screen TV, dining area, kitchen area (fridge, gas cooker, microwave)

Super emplacement !

Appartement type chalet multifonction bien pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants ! Tout est bien pensĂ© et optimisĂ©... À 2min du Balancier pour accrocher ses skis et Ă  2 min des Rousses ! TrĂšs bon communication avec les propriĂ©taires !

Tres satisfaisant

La location est spacieuse propre, le proprietaire adore les animaux c'est pour cela que je recommande cette location a tous ceux qui ont des betes desirant les emmener avec eux. De plus le chalet se situe a un endroit proche de toutes activites rando, lacs, luges d'ete, ski, accrobranche, sites touristiques, bref on ne s'ennuit pas, pour ceux qui sont nostalgiques de la ville geneve est toute proche avec son lac magnifique... bon sejour

L'annonceur n'a pas signalé la présence d'un second gßte mitoyen. Environnement bruyant le gßte est situé à proximité immédiate d'une route nationale et d'une départementale les 2 à fort trafic. Le gßte est sombre et vétuste

Lieu idéal pour un séjour ski / Randonnées

SituĂ© Ă  proximitĂ© des pistes de ski de fond (Ex : 10 min en voiture de PrĂ©manon), rdc d’un chalet silencieux avec tout l’amĂ©nagement qu’il convient. Nous Ă©tions 4 et un chien, aucune difficultĂ©.

Semaine trÚs appréciable

Une semaine au calme dans un logement chaleureux, trÚs bien équipé et idéalement situé pour de nombreuses ballades/ randonnées. Nous avons apprécié également la gastronomie de cette région. Nous avons réussi en une semaine à nous évader de cette tension actuelle due à la crise sanitaire grùce à cette location et à cet environnement.

Un séjour reposant et frais

Un logement comme Ă  la montagne, simple, chaleureux, calme et accueillant, avec rien de superflu (sauf la tĂ©lĂ© peut-ĂȘtre ;-)) mais oĂč rien ne manque, oĂč tout est joliment et judicieusement Ă  sa place. Un endroit reposant, presque perdu dans les sapins mais Ă  2 pas de la ville, facile d'accĂšs, proche de tous les beaux coins de la rĂ©gion (et elle n'en manque pas). Bref, Ă  recommander sans hĂ©sitation.

Une semaine au calme

Si l'emplacement et l'environnement sont au top, l'aménagement intérieur est plutÎt vieillot mais bien équipé. La wifi ne marche pas tous les jours et le débit plutÎt faible. Nous avons regretté de ne pas pouvoir nous servir de la magnifique cheminée, le Propriétaire nous ayant déconseillé de nous en servir pour raison d'enfumage systématique de l'appartement. Le chauffage est efficace, la douche fonctionne parfaitement, un petit bémol sur la taille du réfrigérateur trop petit et une notice pour le micro-onde aurait été la bienvenue. Point négatif : il faut apporter ses draps et serviettes, l'annonce ne précisant pas quelles tailles il a fallu s'en préoccuper avant notre départ, pas de lave-linge il faut prévoir du linge en conséquence. Conclusion : parfait pour une semaine, plus longtemps c'est plus compliqué.

Appartement bien situĂ© pour les randonnĂ©es, nombreuses dans la rĂ©gion. Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© notre sĂ©jour. Le seul petit bĂ©mol: nous avons trouvĂ© l'appartement un peu sombre, et un peu frais. Sinon, il est authentique et suffisamment Ă©quipĂ©. Cela ne nous empĂȘchera pas de revenir, si nous en avons l'occasion. Nous souhaitons aux propriĂ©taires de nombreuses locations.

Un trÚs bon rapport qualité / prix pour cet appartement idéalement situé entre la ville et pistes. Tout le nécessaire quotidien est a disposition et en cas de besoin les supermarchés ne sont pas loin. Par ailleurs le logement dispose de beaucoup de rangement. Tres pratiques pour les courses et les affaires de voyages. Nous recommandons sans hesiter.
