Second home apartment for rent in typical village in Les Rousses Jur

The apartment in residence ('l'Orée des pistes') is on the edge of the cross-country ski trails and a few minutes from the 50 ski lifts while being close to the center of the Rousses resort with a lovely view of the Risoux massif. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a recent 3-storey building (no elevator) with underground parking. The place is calm and relaxing in the middle of a meadow, at the foot of a toboggan run. All amenities are nearby (shops, restaurants, cinema, shops, doctors.) The range of activities and walks in summer and winter is dazzling: downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, golf, riding school, tennis, ice rink, archery, cycle tourism, fishing, adventure park, lake and sailing center. Everything is magnificent, including Switzerland, whose border is 2 km away ... Geneva and Lake Geneva are half an hour away by car. It is up to you to imagine the tourist interest of this region which is known as 'the Swiss Jura'

le studio est un point de départ idéal pour explorer toutes les ressources ( fruitières, musées ,artisanat local) de la région.Nous avons pu faire beaucoup de jolies randonnées ;faute de neige. On retrouve l'appartement avec plaisir, tout y est fait pour qu'on s'y sente bien !

Situation géographique très pratique à proximité du centre et des commerces. L’appartement est vraiment très petit et réservé, à mon sens, à maximum 2 personnes. L’équipement est correct, manque un micro-ondes et un compartiment glace dans le réfrigérateur (bien pratique en cas de chute à skis 😉). La communication avec les propriétaires est très bonne. Par contre, plutôt que de coller des consignes un peu partout, il serait préférable de constituer un document récapitulatif reprenant toutes les informations utiles. Dernier point, le téléviseur (petit également) ne fonctionne pas très bien (problème de réception signal). Globalement séjour correct, je connaissais la région et son environnement proposant de nombreuses activités malgré le manque de neige….

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, emplacement près du centre ville, accessible à pied, location avec l'essentiel ( manquerait peut être un micro onde et un congélateur) , communication parfaite, envoi rapide des clefs en échange de la caution. Flexibilité des horaires. La place de parking de la résidence étant trop petite pour notre voiture (en tout cas trop risqué pour nous sans la rayer ) nous nous sommes garés à l'extérieur mais n'avons eu aucun problème pour trouver de la place. Globalement très bonne expérience.
