Upon arrival at Santa Maria, you will take the elevator up to the third floor and walk through an open atrium with tropical plants and palm trees. Unit 310 is a spacious yet cozy condo. A pull out couch in the living room can accommodate a third and fourth guest. There is a screened in lanai that can be accessed from the master bedroom or the living room. It boasts a beautiful view of the marina waterway and swimming pool. Watch for manatees and dolphins over morning coffee.

This condo is equipped with amenities for comfort and fun. Beach towels and chairs are available to take to the beach. Cabana rentals are also available, right on the beach, if that's your preference. There are flat screen televisions in the bedroom and living room. Bring your lap top and enjoy the use of Xfinity, high speed, internet, for your convenience.

Santa Maria has one of the largest, heated, in-ground pools on the island. It is surrounded by comfortable chaise lounges, picnic tables and bbq grills. The pool area also has a hot tub and bath house, complete with bathrooms and shower.
