The Cottage is in a great location.. just 300 feet from the ocean. It is located on a quiet lane that ends at Whaler's Cove, close to snorkeling with sea turtles at Koloa Landing, hiking, kayaking & surfing. Just a short walk to Kukuiula Shopping Village with many shops & good Restaurants!

The cottage is very intimate and cozy, neat and clean. It has a private front and back patio area, a queen-size bamboo canopy bed, cable TV, stereo, free Wi-Fi access, A/C and free and convenient parking right in front of your door!

Perfect Poipu

This property is beautifully decorated, clean and very comfortable. It's in a great location and had everything we needed for a fantastic holiday. Loved it!

Great experience

Very clean and welcoming from start to finish, host was very thoughtful, made the whole Kauai experience very relaxing and worry free, we were so happy to have beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, grill, and a private patio. This was a perfect place for 2 people, private and quiet but close to town.

Live Aloha!

My wife and spent six nights here for our 10th anniversary and we couldn't have been happier! We were fortunate to have run into EJ the day we checked in. Not only was he pleasant and welcoming but he was a wealth of knowledge. He gave us a quick tour of the property and provided us with a quick rundown of local points of interest. Turns out all of that information is included in a three ring binder the wife and I nicknamed "the bible". Chock full of info it was a perfect guide for our stay. The property itself was meticulously maintained. Plenty of extras available to make our stay feel like we were at home. Beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler at the ready for the five minute walk to Baby Beach. A well appointed kitchen with pretty much everything needed to cook a full meal, spices and seasonings included, as well a gas grill on the cozy patio. We ran into EJ a couple more times over the next few days and he was just as pleasant as the first day we met him. He seemed genuinely interested in how we were getting along and if we had everything we needed,- which, of course, we did. And he still provided us with more information about where to dine, where to go for the beach, even some local history. And if we ever needed anything he responded almost immediately via Vrbo communication. I could go on and on about how perfect this property was for us but I think it's pretty clear. From the physical property to the location to EJ's hospitality I couldn't recommend it more. 15/10, would definitely stay again! Mahalo,, EJ!

Great location

Easy walking to beach, shopping and restaurants. Host was very accommodating and friendly. Would be nice to have a line to dry things on in the back patio. Only con was no comfortable place to eat indoors. Bar top only overhangs 5 inches.
