Only facing the sea in the city center

It is a pretty detached house not overlooked, ideally located facing the sea and 3 minutes' walk from the town center, the port, the shops and the large Calvi beach.
It is reached by a small staircase below the road which makes it a very calm and relaxing place even in the middle of August, the sea breeze naturally refreshes the house and the sunsets are magical.
It is equipped with an American kitchen, with three bedrooms; a double bedroom a child's bedroom with a double loft bed and a bedroom adjoining the house equipped with a double bed and a small individual bathroom.
A living room opening onto a large wooden terrace facing the sea.
It is a family and living house without pompous luxury but very comfortable and charming.

Beach and town

The location is fantastic, the house is in short walking distance from a beautiful little beach and the town centre. The house is nicely decorated and has a spectacular terrace with a beautiful view. Very nice contact with the owner. We would love to come back!

A summer week in Calvi

The house is beautifully located, with amazing sea view, only a few minutes' walk from Calvi harbour/old town. We enjoyed in particular the outside space, the cosy and practical kitchen/living room area. It's a pity there is no dedicated parking but we managed to find free parking in surrounding streets. Some details: kitchen utensils could be updated or added, and it does get quite warm without air condition even though the fans in all rooms help. All in all we had a fantastic stay and can definitely recommend it!

Nous avons passĂ© une semaine trĂšs agrĂ©able dans cette maison de famille idĂ©alement positionnĂ©e Ă  Calvi. Impression d'ĂȘtre seul au monde face Ă  la mer, la citadelle et la ville sont Ă  3mn Ă  pied, la grande plage de Calvi Ă  15mn, et il y a une petite crique au pied de la maison. Tout est lĂ  pour une excellente semaine de vacances.

Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour. Comme le mentionnait un commentaire prĂ©cĂ©dent, c'est une maison trĂšs agrĂ©able, ce n'est pas une maison avec des fioritures mais juste oĂč une maison cosy oĂč on se sent chez soi, accueillante avec une vue incroyable. La terrasse permet de profiter un maximum de l'extĂ©rieur. Et tout cela Ă  quelques pas du centre.

Magnifique terrasse dans une maison à la déco trÚs chouette

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans la maison de Joëlle. La terrasse soleil couchant est absolument fantastique avec sa voile d'ombrage, ces canapés. On est à 2 minutes à pied du plein centre et citadelle de Calvi et pourtant au calme total ! La déco est super sympa avec certains objets récup. Petite plage/crique à 2 min à pied. Bref on a adoré notre séjour.

Beau séjour

Beau sĂ©jour Ă  Calvi dans cette maison Ă  la fois proche du centre et des plages. Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© le calme Ă  toute heure de la journĂ©e et de la nuit, la vue superbe sur la mer, la trĂšs spacieuse piĂšce Ă  vivre, la proximitĂ© Ă  pied du centre de Calvi, de la citadelle et de la grande plage de sable du centre (15 min). Quelques bĂ©mols cependant : - pas possible de se garer dans le jardin, on doit laisser la voiture sur le trottoir et descendre un petit sentier Ă  pied. Nous l'avons dĂ©couvert en arrivant Ă  la villa. C'est donc moyennement pratique, notamment pour dĂ©charger ses courses, et franchement difficile pour les personnes se dĂ©plaçant avec difficultĂ©. - bruits de tuyauterie un peu enquiquinants (surtout dans la chambre attenante) quand on tire de l'eau ou quand la machine Ă  laver tourne. - porte-fenĂȘtre d'entrĂ©e ne fermant pas Ă  clĂ© (dĂ©faut du verrou) nous obligeant Ă  laisser la maison ouverte quand on s'absentait. Mais nous espĂ©rons que JoĂ«lle, la charmante propriĂ©taire, fera le nĂ©cessaire pour que le sĂ©jour soit encore plus agrĂ©able.
