The temperature is dropping, and the smell of the wood-burning stoves fills the air! Soon, the snow guns will be making that white gold! With Mother Nature's help, the flakes will be falling! It is time to dust off those skis and start planning your Winter Ski Get-A-Way!
This mountainside townhouse sits at the base of Pleasant Mountain/Shawnee Peak. It features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, 3 decks, and a ski-in/ski-out design. The upper level has two bedrooms, one with a Master with a King Bed, and 2nd with a King Bed & a bunk bed. Also, a full bath is on the upper level. One small deck off the kitchen. A large, covered deck off the living room with a large gas grill. Also, a large, covered deck off the Master Bedroom upstairs. In addition, it can also provide quiet, secluded relaxation on one of the 3 separate living levels. Located in the Western Lakes Region of Maine. This 4-season townhouse is a stone's throw from Moose Pond. Access to Moose Pond via the boat ramp or Sabatis Island (on Google, it is Fire Lane 314).

WHAT'S IN TOWN
Just 5 miles away, you will find the town of Bridgton, Maine. Bridgton was named one of the best vacation towns by Downeast magazine and is also a favorite spot of author Stephen King and his wife.
Bridgton features 2 grocery stores (Hannaford’s and Food City), restaurants (Ancora Italian Kitchen & Bar, The Black Horse Tavern, Campfire Grill, Venezia, Mack’s Place, Ruby Food, House of Pizza, and more), places to get fresh seafood and Lobster (Hannaford’s and Highland Seafood), a golf course and tennis courts (Bridgton Highlands Country Club), public beaches, nature trails for walking and exploring (Pondicherry Park), a bait and tackle shop (Uncle Lunkers), and 2 movie theaters including a restored drive-in (Bridgton Twin Drive-in) and a rebuilt "historic landmark" indoor movie theater (Magic Lantern Movie Theater & Pub).
About 10 miles away in the town of Naples, you will find additional shopping and dining options, including live music at Rick’s Café. Maine’s biggest city, Portland, is just an hour away and is great for day trips or a special dining experience.
When the snow is not falling, Bridgton is a place for all seasons. Nowhere else in the Great State of Maine can you get the full experience of New England. From the beautiful Fall foliage seen from any of Bridgton's hilltop hiking trails to a perfect winter filled with world-class skiing and dog sled races.
Outlet shopping and fine dining in North Conway are just 20-25 minutes away!! The combination of lakes, mountains, and scenic beauty creates a vacation experience that is second to none. And don't forget Maine's beautiful foliage season! Come on up and see!
