Overall we made the most of our stay here. Issues about cleanliness began to show when we started putting sheets and pillowcases on the beds that were provided.
We had to buy our own pillows because the ones provided all had dark stains on them and we refused to use them.
The fridge could not keep anything cold because the coils were caked with years of dust.
Dust covered cobwebs were in the corners of the bedroom I stayed in as well as toe nails on the bathroom mat.
The bathroom shower head was covered in mildew.
The balcony furniture was in bad condition with one having a seat that was busted and unusable.
Dishes were put back in the cabinets without even seeing that they were still dirty. Mugs stained with coffee and pans still covered with oil.
If the house had a deep clean from top to bottom, old pillows and sheets replaced, and the carpets cleaned this would be well worth the money.
Unfortunately when issues were brought up to the rental company, we were told we should have contacted the cleaning company ourselves instead of relying on the rental company to do so.
I would not recommend this property unless you can view it first to make sure the above issues have been taken care of.
