the house offers all the amenities:

We provide everything from : towels, bed sheets, plates, pots, pans and more.........
The property is 30 min far from TAMPA airport and 20 min from St Pete and Clearwater airport
We also allow pets no more than 2
Note:
1.if the damage is more than the deposit the renter is responsible to pay or legal action are going to take place
2. The house has to be occupied only by the guests on the contract. If the guests are not in the contract and they sleep in the property, then the tenant is going to be charged.
$500 is going to be charched for electric heated pool

St. Pete Beach

When you have a tropical storm (Florida summer weather!), and a small bout with red tide(again Mother Nature) during your vacation and can still call it outstanding, that say's A LOT about our stay! The house and location exceeded our expectations. I can't say enough about our wonderful hosts. They went beyond what was needed to make our month long stay a vacation our family will not forget! Thank you so much! We look forward to staying again next summer!

Location Location

Heated pool and backyard were the best ,We spent the entire month if Jan in the pool .The house was clean , plenty of utensils, glasses and dishes .plenty of frying pans and pots . Communication with owners was excellent when we needed a cooler they brought it right away .Living room tv needed some attention. Location to beach and a kids playground was perfect.Very quiet neighborhood and we felt safe . Pool maintenance was weekly .suggestions for owners they need new beach chairs and new bath towels. We would stay again !

St Pete Beach pool home.

This was a lovely comfortable house. Has everything you would ever need. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. The backyard and pool were beautiful. It was a very short walk to the beach. The area was beautiful to walk around. We had our dog with us. She settled in very quickly and enjoyed the backyard. We will definitely be returning. Leda and Ben are really nice and were there if we needed anything.

Comfortable Paradise Retreat

We were so relaxed and felt at home in this property. The owners were kind and helpful during all of our communications. Our kids loved the pool and it is just a short walk to the beach. The fully stocked kitchen made it easy to make healthy meals and the laundry set-up was ideal for a long- term stay. We look forward to booking this property again! We had a wonderful vacation there!

Perfect Extended Getaway

We stayed at this property for 5 weeks and it was absolutely wonderful! The house was clean and laid out perfectly for our extended stay. We had guests a couple of times and the guest rooms are on the other side of the house away from the master which was great. The backyard oasis was simply fantastic! We spent the majority of our time there. The short walk to the beach made relaxing by the ocean a breeze. St. Pete Beach action was ideal - plenty of restaurants, bars and shopping. This house will meet all of your needs! The best part of the whole stay were the owners...incredibly quick to respond to any questions/needs, they were super friendly (they really liked the dog more than us - LOL!) and I would highly recommend them as property hosts. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Absolutely Perfect!

We have finally found our ‘home away from home’! This place exceeded our expectations for a vacation home. The house is beautiful and immaculately clean, with everything we could possibly need. The location is perfect. The back yard is the selling point for us; beautiful pool, plenty of space for lounging, and lots of play area for our dogs. Ben and Leda were ideal hosts. They are lovely people and very accommodating to our needs. We are looking forward to coming back year after year!

Great vacation rental.

We stayed on this property for a month. It was very accommodating to all our needs and close to the beach as well as the local Publix for groceries. The owner/property manager were quick to answer any questions we had. We would certainly recommend this property to any family looking for a fun stay in the St. Pete Beach/Pass-a-Grille area.
