Séjour estivale

Globalement satisfait du séjour passé dans la villa Arca même si en comparaison de nos précédentes locations le niveau des prestations n’était pas de même niveau pour un budget équivalent de 10ke. Quelques nuisances nocturnes avec la présence de frelons… Les photos proposées sur le site sont anciennes et ne sont plus conformes à l’existant, notamment le bois de la terrasse qui est vieillissant, quelques échardes… L’absence d’un Robot pour l’entretien de la piscine… Le véritable bon point reste la localisation de la villa à 10 petites minutes de Porto Vecchio, des plages, en évitant les bouchons la plupart du temps.

Je vous remercie pour votre appréciation relative à votre séjour "globalement satisfaisant". La terrasse sera intégralement refaite, en ipé, cet hiver. Une entreprise/ pisciniste vient une fois par semaine nettoyer et contrôler la piscine et le SPA. Il y a, sur place, une épuisette de fond et surface pour la piscine. Un jardinier vient également une fois par semaine.

Wunderschöner Ferienaufenthalt

Die Lage ist etwas abseits und ruhig. Das Haus ist auch mit 8 Personen (4 Kinder, 4 Erwachsene) großzügig und komfortabel. Der Pool hat uns am meisten begeistert. Auch großen Kindern wird nicht langweilig, man kann ein paar Züge schwimmen und in der Mitte ist er wirklich tief (ca. 1,80m). Die Terrasse liegt tagsüber in der Sonne, abends gibt es Schatten. Im Herbst hätte es nicht schöner sein können. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Ausflugsziele sind gut zu erreichen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war hervorragend, die Kommunikation klar und er stand für Fragen immer zur Verfügung. Wir waren alle begeistert! Vielen Dank!!

Tolles Objekt mit wirklich allem was man benötigt

Sehr moderne Villa mit allem was man braucht. Wir waren mit unserem 2J alten Sohn für fast 2 Wochen hier und haben es absolut genossen. Auch der Vermieter steht jederzeit per SMS/telefonisch zur Verfügung und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank Pierre Aury

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour en Corse. La villa est superbe, confortable, elle se situe dans un quartier très calme et près de toute commodité, rien n’y manque. La piscine et le jacuzzi ont été très apprécié surtout le soir après nos ballades. Je recommande vivement cette location, si nous en avons l’opportunité nous y retournerons. Le propriétaire Pierre est très sympathique et soucieux du bien-être de ses locataires.

Modern and comfortable house well located near the nicest beaches

We just spent a brilliant week with another family of 4 in Pierre's house. The house itself has modern amenities and well equipped for cooking or laundry, which is not always the case for rental houses. It's spacious and can accommodate 8 people (we were 4 adults and 4 children) easily without feeling crammed. The kids especially loved the pool (which is nicely heated) and the jacuzzi, and made good use of all the swimming toys available. Location wise, the house is in a quiet neighbourhood, within a short drive of Porto Vecchio and more importantly within reach of the nicest beaches (Santa Giulia, Palombaggia, Saint Cyprien, etc.) which allowed us to try them all every day. It's also very close to the supermarkets and other convenience stores (bakeries, pharmacy). The owner is very welcoming and willing to help. If we had to point out a weakness, it would be the absence of sea view, but as it's so easy to drive to the beach we didn't really miss it to be honest!

Une villa pratique, sécurisée et bien équipée

Nous avons passé un fantastique séjour en Corse ,l'ile de toutes les découvertes. Positivement, nous retiendrons l'accueil sympathique et privilégié de Pierre, notre propriétaire, la situation idéale de la villa à 10 minutes en voiture de Porto-Vecchio et si on part tôt, 30 minutes de Bonifaccio. Egalement l'équipement pratiquement complet de la villa , des électros très fonctionnels ,l'accès plain -pied de tous les espaces y compris la terrasse. Le seul reproche que je formulerais est la qualité et la taille moyenne de la literie, mais peut-être est ce personnel . Dans l'ensemble, on a passé un premier beau séjour en Corse. Et nous pensons déjà y revenir rapidement.

Maison très bien située et très bien agencée, prestations parfaites pour les vacances!

Pierre est très arrangeant, disponible, très sympathique et à l'écoute. La maison est proche de tout et en retrait de la route parfaite pour profiter des activités proposées aux environs. Nous étions 8 personnes, la maison etait vraiment spacieuse et bien adaptée, aucun sentiment de se marcher dessus. La terrasse est vraiment immense et Pierre compte agrandir la piscine durant l'hiver (qui etait deja largement suffisante). Vous pouvez y allez les yeux fermées.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Wir haben eine herrliche Ferienwoche in Pierres Villa verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, gut ausgestattet, sauber und gut gelegen. Es lässt keine Wünsche offen. Pierre war sehr hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation vor und während dem Aufenthalt klappte einwandfrei. Wir würden uns jederzeit wieder für diese Villa entscheiden.

Très bon séjour, Pierre à été très réactif à nos demandes et la maison confortable pour 3 couples.

La villa est situé à moins de 10 minutes de Porto-Vecchio , elle est parfaitement équipée , la piscine très bien chauffée comme le jacuzzi . Les chambres sont climatisées ainsi que le séjour . Pour les repas extérieurs il ne manque absolument rien . Je recommande cette location sans aucune réserve et Pierre le propriétaire est très investit dans la satisfaction de ces hôtes ; Nous y avons passé 2 semaines à 4 et 1 semaine à 6. Stéphane

Un séjour très agréable dans une villa moderne et très confortable.

Villa superbe, très bien équipée, spacieuse, très confortable et dans un environnement calme et sécurisant. Nous avons passé une semaine en Corse fabuleuse. La piscine a été très appréciée avec son eau à 28° et non chlorée. Le jacuzzi pour la détente après des journées bien remplies. Encore merci à Pierre, le propriétaire, pour son accueil chaleureux et sa disponibilité.

Que du plaisir !!!

Nous venons de passer une excellente semaine entre amis (trois couples) dans cette belle villa située dans un environnement très calme tout en étant à quelques minutes de Porto Vecchio et de toutes commodités. Déco très soignée, beaux espaces intérieurs et que de bons moments passés sur la belle terrasse autour de la piscine (sans chlore, un vrai bonheur) le tout agrémenté par les séances d'hydromassage dans le SPA. Nous recommandons très sincèrement cette location et remercions son propriétaire pour sa disponibilité et son accueil.

Superbes vacances !!

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances l île est magnifique ! La villa est au top avec toutes les commodités , belle terrasse avec piscine , elle se trouve au calme mais à proximité de tout ... Le propriétaire est sympathique et disponible . À recommander !!
