If you love the bustle of Paris but want the zen of a village, Les Lilas (The Lilacs) is made for you.
¤ Bright and quiet, entirely furnished flat (40 m²) in a typical Parisian building
¤ Walk to 7 bakeries, discover bars and restaurants, cinema, theater, all kinds of shops (including a grocery store open 24/7)
¤ Metro is just a walk through the park (6 min), then ride 14 min to the center. City bikes (Velib) on all sides, streetcar, bus and carshare
At the top floor (5th without elevator) of a typical Parisian building, my apartment is bright all day and offers a view in all directions. It is furnished in a simple and cozy style.
You’ll have the whole apartment to yourself with:
¤ lots of cool books ;)
¤ full kitchen with a stove, pots, pans and even an oven
¤ washer and dryer!
¤ no cat :(
Les Lilas is like a small village, just over the border from Paris Proper. Get to the center in no time, but you can also find everything you need at hand: lively bars, diverse restaurants (Chinese, Indian, Italian, French...), cinemas and theater, several parks...
Metro is just a walk through the park (6 min), then ride 14 min to the center. City bikes (Velib) on all sides, streetcar, bus and carshare.
Street parking is free in the vicinity of the building.

Great experience

The house was very clean, very warm and it was very close to the metro station. It takes about 20 mins for the city center. Elise (the host) takes care of everything during all the stay. She is always available and communicating with her was a pleasure! Very recomanded!

Très satisfaite. L'appartement correspond à l'annonce, à deux pas du métro pour rejoindre le centre de Paris plusieurs commerces sur place. .. l'endroit à recommander. Merci à Elise.

Great place!!

Great views of the neighborhood! The apartment was very clean and comfortable. A cozy hideaway with all the amenities of home. A classic older building with all the charm. It is very close to the metro. We had the unfortunate timing of the chaotic strikes/protests going on so the public transportation was somewhat unreliable. There are many other transportation options available. We were able to get into Paris and also enjoyed some of the local areas. We saw art galleries, public art, had great food, met local residents and saw beautiful architecture locally. We really enjoyed our stay!!!

Ideal für einen Parisentdeckerurlaub

Es punkten bei dieser Wohnung einfach das Preis- Leistungverhältnis und die ideale Lage, d. h. es sind weniger als 5 min Fußmarsch zur Metrohaltestelle. Als besonders positiv ist zu erwähnen, dass es sich um eine ruhige Wohnung handelt, die uns immer einen richtig guten Schlaf ermöglichte. Sicher sind 88 Stufen erst mal zu gehen, dafür wird man aber mit einem schönen Aus- und Überblick aus dem Fenster entschädigt.
