Welcome to Boulevard Napoleon one of the most beautiful Tree-lined streets in the Highlands, this charming 100-year-old gray stucco home has an open living room with hardwood floors, huge woodburning fireplace, sunroom surrounded in 6ft windows, dining room, galley kitchen, upstairs you’ll find the master bedroom with ensuite and sunroom, bedroom 2 has a california king with hugh fireplace, bedroom 3 has a comfy day bed with pop up trundle that makes a full size bed. Double sinks in full bath, yoga room sunroom. A lovely covered back porch with seats to 6 comfortable and it overlooks the private backyard.

Derby Weekend

This was the perfect place for the Derby. Quick drive to parking. Lots of restaurants to walk to. We loved the back porch!

Great Location and House!

The house was amazing - good size, decorated great and fantastic location. We were able to walk for coffee in the morning and walked to dinner at night. Debra, the property manager, was extremely nice and made sure we were well taken care of. Would highly recommend staying at this house.

Vintage Charm

Great location. The house was well furnished and family friendly. Walking distance to a great farmers market on Saturday and a number of good restaurants. No microwave oven which makes movie night with Microwave popcorn challenging but a minor inconvenience. I would recommend this property.

Super location Easy to get anywhere. Quiet residential neighborhood good for morning walks & several blocks from restaurants & grocery store Debra was responsive to our request & suggestions. Hoping coffee maker is updated for next visitors.

Perfect

The perfect home for a family visit! Very comfortable home. Neat, clean, and charming! Kitchen was well equipped. Beds were very comfy. Back porch was an oasis and the back yard a charming garden. It was perfect for our toddlers & adults. We will return! Close to Tesla super charger. Debra is an excellent communicator.
