Very small hideaway
The Carriage House is a one room accomodation, not a one bedroom. Very cute, but extrememly tight space, even for just two people. The bed took up most of the space, so one person would have to move to let another get into the bathroom. The kitchenette area requires you to get water from the bathroom, but had coffee, tea and a fridge and a little table. The room is tucked behind the house, down a driveway/path. There was some neighborhood noise, but mostyly quiet at night. There are two chairs to sit on, but not really extra space to relax, unless you are laying on the bed. The curtains mostly close, but not completely. Too small for us, but the historic feel could be just right for some.

Just what I needed
I really enjoyed my stay. I travel for work and just need a place to sleep and privacy. I eat meals out so no need for a full kitchen, There is a small fridge, Micro and Coffee for snacks. Its a great location and the communication was outstanding. I would definitely stay again.

Wonderful
I seldom write reviews, but I had to take a moment to say what an excellent experience this was. This rental is a cozy little gem! There is a refrigerator and microwave, with a small selection of plates, glasses and utensils. But you are only a few blocks from Main Street if you want to walk down for meals. The bed is super comfortable, so beware of oversleeping! Best of all was the great communication and support from the hosts. They really make you feel at home.

We have lived in Moscow, Idaho for nearly 20 years but recently moved into our dream house on Howard St. Craig is a Biology Professor at the University of Idaho and I work for The Nature Conservancy. We are a very busy family with 3 active young children so you probably won't see too much of us. We are available by phone if anything arises that needs immediate attention. We will respect your space and do our best to provide you a restful stay. However, our children love to play in the yard on the weekends and early evenings. We also have laying hens, a young dog, and loving cat on the property.
